On 9/9/22 I called for an appointment they were very booked and it was an emergency they’ve moved things around they can always do this but they were kind and professional the staff members were so professional and kind it’s phenomenal the doctor the facility is so cleaned and high tact I was shocked I thought I was in California Personally I think Boston in California is the best Dentis is in United States just putting my preference out there this dentist office was just like that it made me feel at home it was clean and high-tech the staff members are unbelievable kind and concerned about their patients that Dentis is very understanding and very professional you feel like home here if you do not go to the to absolute dental on South Virginia next to Olive Garden it would be the biggest mistake I’ve seen the other absolute dentals and they’re nice but this one it makes a bad day into a smiling game it makes a normal off is it quick and easy and smooth I was filling out documents and I seen patients go in and out quickly for small visits and smiling and glowing and please and thank you it was a very appropriate and happy harmony office visit Cell for those that don’t like Dentis is and you want professional work I highly recommend this location stay blessed because there are blessed people out there and I want to say thank you to the south Virginia absolute dental for giving me the kindness and knowing that even though some of your patients may not appreciate you know that many of us do God bless you for taking the time out to work at this location and loving your patience !🙏🙏🙏🙏🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘😘

Jana was awesome she helped me . I was a walk-in and she helped me even to refer me to an oral surgeon she was so helpful and she has slot of compassion. All the staff including Dr Pham were very professional and kind. I recommend there help . Thank you

Dr. phagm& his staff were professional, thorough & amazing. The appointment process was excellent & treatment planning was seamless. I highly recommend this office!!

Great experience. The dentist took his time with me and addressed all of my concerns, and Janna was really informative and answered all of my questions. I'm actually looking forward to moving ahead with my dental work!

The only reasons I marked it at a 3 is because they usually can't get you in for an appointment for a couple of months, even it you say it's an emergency. That's absolutely ridiculous! Also, it usually takes around 20 minutes to talk to anyone when you call in, but I have had a few times where someone answered within 3 minutes. Other than that, when you get there, you're brought into a room within 5 minutes, and the med assistant, hygenist, dentist, all see you very quickly, they're highly knowledgeable, and they'll answer all your questions. You're in an out very quickly.

I had a routine cleaning scheduled on a Monday. I received a text message that showed my appointment time was changed to an earlier time so I called to inquire. I was told Monday's no longer had a hygienist in so I rescheduled to the next Wednesday at 8:50a. I showed up on time with my confirmation messages and appointment card and was told I could not be serviced. Reception and management passed the blame onto a call center. I called the call center who informed me they saw the history log and everything was handled by the South Virginia location not the call center. No alternatives provided, could have simply seen me before the 9am patients or offered to reschedule ASAP. Extremely rude reception and management.

I took the day off to go have my chipped tooth fixed, I specifically told the girl I had medicaid (LIBERTY) insurance and still told me it was ok to come in. Right off the bat I paid 40 dollars because yeah they don't accept IBERTY, they took x-rays and then hit me with "your insurance don't cover the work u need! They told me to apply for Care Credit and Smile Savers I did and did not qualify because my credit score is not 700+ I called the office and told them I was denied and they told me... Yeah sorry u gotta pay in full or we can't help u!! They should retrain their employees and let people know they don't accept liberty insurance right off the bat then that way we don't lose a day of work and 40 dollars out of our pockets for NOTHING!!

I have been going to this office for over 4 years now and the best thing about it is Adam the hygienist! There have been many others but they don’t even need to be mention because they’re irrelevant. Adam is great at his job, very thorough and always makes sure I am comfortable. He is so funny, nice and actually makes me excited to go to the dentist! He doesn’t know this yet but we’re going to become best friends haha
Highly recommend this place just for Adam.

Got a call this morning telling me the dentist that removes teeth is only excepting cash payments. My appointment is tomorrow they had me wait a whole month to get my tooth pulled gave me the runaround the day before my appointment then tells me the dentist is only excepting cash payments I am in agonizing pain my tooth hurts a lot and I don’t have the money to pay for a tooth removal that is supposed to be covered by my insurance but they say they don’t except liberty dental so should you have told me that before you had me come in a month later just to tell me you are only excepting cash payments trash don’t go here don’t make an appointment Sue if you can
