Sala Family Dentistry

I’m truly one of the biggest cheerleaders for Sala Family Dentistry. I was telling Jason, who helped me checkout, I always get so stressed and consider cancelling before every dental visit and after I always wonder why I was so nervous because Dr. Jason never makes me feel anxious or uncomfortable in the chair. I don’t know what’s in the water at Sala’s office (I take that back, I’ve heard it’s good leadership + culture) but in this economy, *cue Kim K saying “nobody wants to work these days*, they have some of the nicest, smartest, most efficient, hands-down-best staff - from start to finish. Mikayla at check-in is the best friendly face to be welcomed by, Kelly was such a thorough & gentle hygienist, obviously great doctors, and all followed up by Jason at checkout who really was the nice bow to toe things up at the end. All that to say they all made for a flawless 45 minute experience that didn’t increase my blood pressure in the slightest. I felt like a regular even though I’m there twice a year. I literally could not recommend them more. Best in Reno by far - they have my business as long as I’m in Nevada.

Who would ever expect a dental appointment to be a relaxing, pleasant experience? It certainly was for me today! Tammie, my dental assistant, greeted me like a friend and made sure I was comfortable, including offering a remote control to choose what type of chair massage I wanted during my dental procedure! Doctor Christina was also very friendly and gentle. I felt relaxed and pain free the whole time. Jason was very efficient at check out time, asking how everything went, reviewing when my next appointment was, and ending my visit with a smile and “have a great time with your grandkids this afternoon “. I came away feeling very well cared for!

I enjoyed my experience at the Sala Family Dentistry today. Dr. Josh is wonderful he is careful, friendly and kind. I’m impressed at how he explains each procedure and makes sure that I’m comfortable. Ann the dental assistant was great! She has a wonderful sense of humor, and works well along side Dr. Josh.

3rd visit, and still absolutely loved my visit. Had my teeth cleaned by Destinee today, she was amazing,kind, funny, and very professional. Highly recommended this office! Everyone in it is professional, and makes you feel at home!

Dr. Justin, Dr. Whitney, and Jason were wonderful for my entire visit. They were all incredibly patient and helpful with all of my questions and obviously cared about their work. I left feeling a lot better about future appointments!

I have always been unhappy the way my teeth looked so when I went to Sala Dentistry and consulted with
Dr Jason Sala we agreed to a treatment plan using Invisaligners back in the fall of 2021. Throughout the treatments his professional advise and and most importantly how he asked me how I was feeling each time I had an appointment. He made me so very comfortable and confident on how my treatment was progressing. Well today, June 28, he removed my buttons, did a bit of polishing and touch up my the teeth to get ready for the final stages of my treatment plan. When he handed me the mirror my emotions took over and tears of joy came flowing out. My teeth never looked like this Ever! I gave him a big hug, he gave me a Kleenex. I could not wait to show off his exceptional work to my husband and friends . I am so very happy with my results I can’t wait to see reactions from people I see when we’re visiting. Thank you Dr Jason making my long time dream to have a beautiful smile and straight teeth come true!

Wow! Absolutely amazing dentistry. I chipped a front tooth last night at dinner and called first thing this morning. My smile is part of my Career so beyond crucial!

Because it was a cosmetic emergency, they got me in this very morning. They were all beyond compassionate, empathetic, and they listened.

They take a genuine interest here in the patient and your entire family. I'm moving my kids here asap from another provider. Dr. Jordan was fast, efficient, and friendly and replaced my filling in no time. These folks are the gold standard in Northern Nevada and it took me a decade to find them. Great work and thank you.

I was able to bring my son in for an emergency The Day Before THANKSGIVING!! It was wonderful how kind and caring Everyone was!!!! We will all be giving a big THANKSGIVING THANK YOU to Sala Family Dentistry!

Sala Family Dentistry is THE best dental office in reno. I honestly get excited to go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned, and to see my favorite hygienist Destinee. She makes my cleanings so much fun and we laugh the entire time. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and if you’re looking for a new dental office I’m telling you your search is over!

Dr. Jordan & Serena made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. I am a new patient and it was my first visit but they made me feel like I had been going there for years. They both had a very calm and professional demeanor. Usually going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience, but not with these two.
