They sent my bill to my mom's address and under my mom's name, called once to ask to collect a $40 bill and then didn't call to inform me they cancelled my appointment and sent the $40 bill to collections. I didn't find out til I went there for my appointment and they told me they could only see me after I've paid the $40 and I would have to pay in full and then be reimbursed by my insurance. Over $40. It wasn't until I talked to my mom a couple weeks later that she mentioned she had received a strange piece of mail from the dentist after not having been to the dentist. Very frustrating experience, wouldn't go back even if I wouldn't have to pay in full.

I was really impressed with the office, it looked great, has WiFi and the bathrooms smelled great.... I took my 4 year old and I was kinda skeptical since it's not a pediatric dentist but the dental hygienist was really sweet and good with kids. He was laughing and smiling the entire time. Of course the dentist only came in for like 5 seconds but she was great too. Highly recommend.

When I found Friendly Smiles I knew I didn't need to keep looking.
I have received the most courteous and professional service from them.
They have the most up to date equipment I have ever seen.
There are no complaints from me. I appreciate the whole staff.

I have always felt very welcome at Friendly Smiles. Ironically, the staff is indeed very friendly. They always greet me and my son with a genuine "How are you?". I saw Bonnie for the first time at my last visit and she was great, and prompt with my cleaning. Very informative and helpful.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist.
Pursuant to the letter I received from Dr. Brenda Barfield & Family Smiles Dentistry's, retained lawyers of Anderson, Bottrell, Sanden & Thompson, I am removing the content of my review. I have personally & financially moved past this event and no longer wish to have this brought up, as it was today, over 9 months after my family's initial appointments occurred.Please, re-consider your decision to visit this business very carefully

All of the staff from the reception to the hygienists to the Dentists were extremely warm and friendly as was the atmosphere. They did a great job of explaining everything as they went and have some very cool features like beats headphones with TVs for while they work on your teeth. I would highly recommend this dental office

Alarmist indeed! Apparently I have 14 cavities. Cost out of pocket with ins taken into account would be $3,264. Yeah, I am getting a second opinion. I agree with the two negative views wholeheartedly. This clinic is out to get your money. Beware. Also, unfriendly (fake) hygienist. Dentist was friendly. Hygienist kept screwing up with taking my bite-wing images. Chairside manners not the greatest.

The sign walking through the door says "Catering to cowards". Unbelievablely insulting. Next, the mask mandate. Seriously people, those masks did nothing for the pandemic except make people panic. Friendly smiles needs to reassess this. I just turned around and walked out. Garbage.

I have extreme dental anxiety, and this place just may have cured me. The laser is a HUGE improvement! Walking out with no drooling is, too. I highly recommend Friendly Smiles.
