You would be better off looking elsewhere for a Dentist. A place that cares about it's supposed patients. This place is like the drama filled high school of dental offices. Fargo and Moorhead have many dentists... Shop around people.

its been almost three years since I have been in to the dentist and I ended up getting a infection, the staff welcomed me with open arms and treated me like I never left . they went over everything so that there was no surprises and didn't force me to except what I did not want . in my opinion that's good service

We were very disappointed in the way the staff at Friendly Smiles pushed orthodontic devices, but did not stand behind the product when it failed. Their communication and customer service through the process was pathetic.
