Above Dental

Is it wrong to LOVE your dentist?? If so... I don't wanna be right! ;-) Dr. Brice and his staff are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. The second you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. Jodi, Michelle and Jen greet you with a big smile. Each staff member I have had the privilege to meet have been so wonderful. I have been a work in progress under Dr. Brice's care for the past year, as we are placing three implants. Each step and procedure has been a very positive experience. The dental assistants who are right by your side play an important part in making each visit so great. Sarah my hygienist, is such a sweetheart! She has a gentle hand and is so great at encouraging proper brushing, flossing and overall dental health.
In closing, I have the utmost respect and absolute confidence in Above Dental. I look forward to them taking care of my smile for years to come. Thank you Dr. Brice and Staff!

Above Dental has the most loving and caring team I have ever met. They are always so sweet, and take great care of my teeth. I couldn't imagine going too any other place for my dental care.

Was mislead about introductory cleaning and exam costs. Also the hygienist that worked on me was overly aggressive. Considering on the intake forms I checked the box for honesty as being a reason whether or not I would return to this business seems odd they would do that.

Revising my previous review. After returning and discussing the situation. The team at above dental scheduled me with a different hygienist and made it up to me for the misunderstanding. Also they did a great job on the fillings I had done today. Thanks for working it out.

I had a great experience at Above Dental. I'm new to the area so went to this place cause of all the positive reviews. Well they are very much real. I really like the way they do business, very clean, organized, etc. Kelsea, Dr. Johnson, Michelle...all very friendly and helpful! Thanks!

It is easy to make sure you do well on the first visit...
This office could not seem to remember to write down any pertinent information about my preferences. I had to make a stink in order to get them to write down that there will be no needles unless they intend to pull a tooth... Who gets a numbing shot for cleanings? I have had my teeth drilled without Lidocaine.
And, I am leaving after a technician wanted to take my Blood Pressure prior to a 2 month cleaning...
I have a DENTAL PHOBIA... !!! My Blood Pressure is always high in the Dentist's office.
And, it is not the place of a Dentist, with 8 years of education, to second guess ME or my MD...(who has 12 to 20 years of education)!
The endless hounding for me to be a perfect human dental care machine, has left me with a bitter taste.
I had to be rude to get the Hygienist to drop the constant pressure.
These little inadequacies leaked in slowly, to create a oppressive atmosphere.
The first visit was as below...

A beautiful, clean, state of the art, facility that is easy to find and has plenty of parking.
My request for a confirmation call prior to my appointment was well received, and I was reminded of my appointment by text and a phone call.
The paperwork was easy, and I was seen right away after I filled out the forms.
I have a dental office anxiety, and the staff at Above Dental met that hurdle with respect, understanding, knowledge, and professionalism.
Everyone was friendly and more than pleasant.

I was given the utmost attention to what I might want out of the visit, and my dental care. And, a plan was promptly printed for me to take home.
I left the office with a shining smile, even for an old lady, and a goody bag full of ... Well... Goodies (Wouldn't want to spoil the surprise.)
I highly recommend Above dental!

Super awesome staff ! This was my first experience at above dental and they were absolutely wonderful people ! They were very clear and direct with everything we discussed and I really appreciated their service.

When my old dental office started going through dentists like baby wipes and their services started to feel like a sweaty bus station, I knew I needed to make a change. First of all, the atmosphere and professionalism was top notch! The office is clean and beautifully designed and the staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Brice told me I had mouth cancer and cured me the same day. But in all seriousness he was very informative and he asked me what was important for me when it came to my dental health. His advice was easy for me to follow making me feel confident on how to take care of my teeth. My dental hygienist was Binh, she was quick and thorough. Overall I never had a trip like that to a dental office. Their name truly represents them!

I was very pleased with my visit to Above Dental. They were 100% better than my old dental office. Everyone was so nice and competent. I have a very good experience at this dental office. I highly recommend them.
