Binh Nguyen does an amazing job and I always leave satisfied with her work. She always makes sure I'm okay during my cleanings and sends me out the door with lots of gifts and the best deals on the best products for my teeth. My teeth and gums have been getting so much better since I started seeing her and taking her advice. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything!

In one word, impressive! I went in for an emergency tooth extraction, an experience one does not ever expect to be pleasant. Not only were they able to fit me in that day, they made me feel as if I was an important guest at their facility, not just someone they had to rush in (at the cost of their other patient's time). In fact, I have scheduled a routine appointment for this week. I won’t have to wait 6 months to a year just to have the rest of my teeth examined.

The entire staff's customer service was genuine and exceptional, something of a rare find in today's medical field. They were welcoming, personal, professional, caring and above all sincere. They listened carefully to my worries and helped calm my anxiety. Dr. Martins was gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as one can be when having a tooth removed.

It wasn't just the staff though, the environment was relaxing, inviting, spacious and accommodating. They offered multiple types of coffee and tea (I love my coffee and tea), water, multiple types of seating options (typical waiting room chairs to comfy lounge chairs), computers, WiFi and alternative rooms for children and others seeking a quieter more relaxing waiting experience. My favorite was the high ceiling in the hall with sunlight pouring in through the second story level windows. It was a relaxing wait.

The Above Dental staff greatly exceeded my expectations on so many levels. They made me feel important and wanted and not just a number or an inconvenience as many other doctor’s offices have left me feeling. I am deeply impressed by the Doctors and Staff and highly recommend Above Dental!

Above Dental puts the patient first. The waiting room is excellent with an area for children to play. The Saturday appointments are a great fit with my work schedule. The practice has bilingual staff who can speak with my family in their native language. I highly recommend Dr. Brice and his excellent staff.

I had a great dental experience at Above Dental yesterday. The staff I interacted with were extremely nice and professional. They all made me feel very comfortable there. I would highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a dentist in the Coos Bay Area.

My first experience was great. They were really friendly, helpful and kind. I truly feel they have my best interest in mind. Extremely professional. I would highly recommend Above Dental to anyone in need of dental work to any extent.

I went in for a dental cleaning and Binh did a wonderful job. She was very thorough and made sure to really clean each tooth and the space between. Some might find her methods a little rough, but I truly appreciated it because I have braces and I wanted a very good cleaning. Binh is also very friendly and asked me several times if I was doing okay and checked to make sure I was comfortable. She also answered all of my questions and gave me great teeth cleaning advice.

I have had extensive work on my teeth at Above Dental. Dr. Bryce is a wonderful dentist and I credit him with saving my teeth after years of neglect because I had no insurance. The Care Credit program has been very helpful and using automatic payments insures that I won’t have to pay high interest rates.
Every hygienist in this office have been wonderful to work with. Bihn Nguyen was my hygienist for my cleaning, this morning, and she was gentle but thorough during the process. I highly recommend Above Dental.

I usually hate doctors offices, no matter how friendly they are I always feel anxious. I do not feel this way at Above Dental. I really feel like the staff (shoutout to Wendy!) and Dr. Brice go out of their way to make sure you are at ease. Binh cleaned my teeth (did an AMAZING job) and kept asking me if I'm doing okay, which I appreciated since it's sometimes not always the best part of visiting the dentist. I'll always go back, because I know I'm in the best hands.

My appointments with Above Dental are always pleasant, starting with administrative on up through to the professional staff. No sooner had I entered the door this morning for my nine o'clock appointment when I heard a very pleasant, "Good morning, Jay, I'll let them know you're hear. Please be seated." Within short order, I was seated in a dentist's chair where a skilled and pleasant hygienist worked her magic on teeth quite frankly that needed attention. Needless to say, I left the chair a most satisfied customer. I can't sing enough praises for Above Dental staff.

I had my 6 month teeth cleaning this morning at Above Dental. Minn has been my dental hygienist for several years. She has always been punctual, friendly, kind, professional, talks me through what she is doing,
tells me what I am doing good and what areas I need to work on. I do not dread having my teeth cleaned and know she is on the team to help me have healthy teeth and mouth for my lifetime.
