Center City Emergency Dentist

What I didn’t like was waiting three hours in each appointment to see a doctor even when I already had an appointment .. and the difficulty of booking an appointment.

The office is very clean and modern. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. My dentist hygienist Brittany was magnificent! She made me feel comfortable. Throughout my cleaning she kept asking me was I ok? How far we were and how much longer to go. It was a refreshing experience.

Definitely 100% recommend, especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous. The reception is calming and lit in cool colors, the dentists, hygienists and the check in staff are all very polite efficient and the process of scheduling, paying and rescheduling appointments are very smooth. I got my wisdom tooth removed here and I was impressed by how well it all went. I came back for a cleaning a few weeks later and that was seamless as well. I was recommended this place by my husband, and continued the cycle and brought a friend who was looking for dentist on my next appointment.

Never going back to my old dentist lol. Karen was wonderful been awhile since a cleaning was very careful with my teeth. Definitely coming back to her again super friendly made me feel very welcomed into the dentist. Overall she was AMAZING! Not enough words to describe how satisfied I am with my visit.

I was able to get a same-day appointment for an abscess when my usual dentist was unavailable. They send you the registration forms electronically so it saves you a ton of time. Once I got there, they took me back within five minutes and I saw the dentist less than two minutes later. Everyone was so friendly and professional and they really helped me out. The office is exceptionally clean and bright. I highly recommend this place.

I must say CCED was a life saver for me. I was having excruciating pain and needed to be seen today and they took me in after everyone else either turned me down or no appointments until a week later. I have final exams in nursing school this week and really was stressing on how was I going to study being in the pain I was in. They also patiently waited while I got the funds together that was necessary for the service they provided. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant, and courteous. Another warming experience was the Blue Christmas decor, my mom used to decorate her house with blue decor. Brought back warming memories to me personally. Anyways, I recommend CCED to anyone and everyone. I know I will definitely be going back for all of my dental needs going forward.

My first visit with CCED was very pleasant. Staff were incredibly nice & professional! I have my next appointment in a few days for a procedure and I have full trust that everything will go great. They also make sure you know everything ahead of time so they can’t scare you with the outcome/price of things!

Great care, exceptionally clean office, and every single staff member is so kind. I have never once felt shamed for my oral health by a dentist or tech at this practice. That's a first for ANY dentist I've been to my whole life up to now! Couldn't recommend them more!

The office staff is incompetent and rude. The dentist do not engage with the patients. All information is given by the office assistants and staff ataff. They are not forth coming with pertinent information regarding services or billing. Calling the office is equally a nightmare. Not only are you left on hold but the staff consistently does not allow you to ask questions and cuts you off when speaking. I have not been able to get im contact with the dentist who performed my surgery since the surgery was completed. Ar all costs avoid this establishment.

Best Dental office in Philadelphia… Sawaya from the front dest was very kind , swift at making sure i got help, Gaudy the OS was so helpful in getting me info. that would get me insured, and Falicia the Manager is the best… she makes this dental office one of the warmest places to be
