Wonderful practice! All of the assistants and hygienists were so kind and personable. They explained everything they were doing in great detail, and even went through my xrays with me. I felt very comfortable with the process. Dr. Siegel was also great and so kind. I would highly recommend him.
Billing and payment on the other hand .... the front office ended up charging me 2.5x the actual cost of my service. It was only because I called my insurance company to get the correct price did I know how much they had over charged me. When I called the office back to let them know of the error, they apologized and offered to adjust my cost, but still wanted to charge me more than my insurance had quoted me. However, they were very receptive when I asked them to charge me what my insurance had actually quoted me. Although it was a bit of a hassle and I shouldn't have to follow up the way I did, they handled it well.
Overall I would still recommend this practice, but just make sure to get an itemized receipt at the end and follow up with your insurance if anything looks fishy!

I've been going to Dr Seigel, and Dentisty at 1818 Market Street, for years. They are an awesome team and they help me keep up with my dental health.
(As an added bonus, the team takes care to not pinch my lips/cheeks when they are going in with the instruments)!!!

I have been here 2 different times and all I can say its that this is the place to go. My first appt was with Dr. Maurry Leas and he was amazing he treated me with respect and he made sure I was comfortable with him and the plan of care provided. The second appointment was for a cleaning, I cannot remember the ladies name but she was super friendly and she made sure I was calm and not afraid before she started since Im assuming she knew I was super nervous and I hate going to the dentist. My experience here was amazing and this is the first dental clinic I go in my 30 years of life in which I feel comfortable and the staff make sure that I am so comfortable that I forget my phobia to dentist. They are doing an amazing job and I will recommend it to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Maurry Leas for 20+ years and he is a great dentist and a great person. In all of that time, he has been most gentle and kind to me and I can say has never really hurt me and I have not ever had any problems after any work he has done.
I do however agree with the person about the rudeness of a few of the front desk staff. I would not say they are rude every time, but when it gets super busy, they could smile more and make it a little more pleasant when you call. I just spoke to Sarah and she was great. Very friendly and professional!!

I love this dental office. I've been going here for roughly 20 years and always have a good experience (well it is a dentist office, so I can't say it's fun). But seriously, the staff is always nice and welcoming, the hygenists have always been great to talk to and sensitive with my teeth and Dr. Siegel is great! I have also been in the office lately and they have taken numerous precautions with Covid. I felt very safe and comfortable. If you need a dentist, I recommend this practice.

Dr Siegal and his team are friendly , communicative and I find as time goes by I need less and less work done! They are very fair and up front on pricing and always get me in the chair on time. My first day experience at Denistry was amazing! Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and the dentist was very personable which made me feel welcome and comfortable.
