After breaking a tooth unexpectedly, I called and got right in and received excellent treatment! Hope and her staff treated me like I was their only patient! They are wonderful!

When I called and setup the appointment, it was quick and painless. I needed to get some work done on a Maryland bridge that had a wing break off. During our phone conversation, I was informed that Watson's Denistry work on those alot and it should not be a problem.
During the examination, they glued it back in but was very doubtful it would stay. I asked if they would make me another one but was informed that they would not because- they didn't believe it was in my best interest; but you can bet they said they could do implants and everything else. She also informed me that that type of bridge is no longer used in the practice of denistry.
The majority of the staff is great and I'm sure they offer some great services and do great work; however, I have found a denist (in Maryville) that will do what they say. I have an appointment this Thursday to get a new Maryland Bridge.

I love the people at Dr Watson’s office. Brooke was my hygienist and is always so nice when I go in to get my teeth cleaned. This office is the best in town.

Very unhelpful front office staff. Unwilling to do anything. I have an insurance that doesn't require any network. No out of network penalities. The staff was unwilling to listen or even make a phone call. I checked with my insurance and they would of covered Watson. But I guess loss of business is better than helping at all.
