Over the years I have visited many dentist offices but I cannot remember a more "enjoyable" experience than with Dr Jarrell, April and her staff at Watson. Obviously the dentist is never "enjoyable" but the professionalism, responsiveness and attentiveness here was tremendous. Dr Jarrell, albeit young, quickly diagnosed a tooth pain issue I was having and took a very conservative approach to treatment. With only one visit (but much experience with dentists) I have a very high level of trust in her and the staff's capability. Watson Family Dentistry will be my dental provider for as long as I am in the East TN area!

Both Dr. Watson and Dr. Jarrell have excellent people skills and make you feel like you are right at home, while also performing highly skilled dental work. I had my teeth cleaned by Hope and she is awesome. She is very thorough and her pleasant personality makes it even better! She recommended an electric tooth brush and boy does it make a difference in reducing plaque. So thankful for your excellent service.

As someone who has not been to the dentist in 9 years... The Dentist was super nice and staff was fantastic very supportive and understanding of my fears very gentle and walked me through it all and together we made the best plan also not having insurance they gave me several options on what I can do to help in the money situation didn't just try and take all I have! Will be back for sure!

I am very happy with Watson Family Dentistry! HOWEVER, after my visit today, I felt as if Dr. Watson had very little time for me. I would estimate she spent less than 60 seconds with me, at the most! I was having my teeth cleaned but she buzzed in & out & seemed very rushed. I felt as is she did not make sure there were no issues with me. This is the first time I’ve felt she did not have time for me. BUT, not my best visit!

This is the absolute best dentist, rather dentists. I see Dr Jerell & she is awesome! Even better? Every single person you come in contact with on the phone or in the office is equally awesome!! You are NEVER going to: wait long, encounter anyone who's not at the top of their game, interact with 1 rude person. A lifelong illness & meds that have literally dried out my tongue thus my mouth, causing cracking teeth yet these spectacular people keep them in working order. You will never find a better dentist NOR dread going!!!

I have gone to Watson Family Dentistry a few times prior to my visit today. Dr. Taylor Jarrell and her staff are wonderful! Today’s visit regarding fillings turned out differently than I had expected as I had a reaction to a medication that was used. As expected Dr. Jarrell and April acted in a professional and caring manner regarding my situation. They were thoughtful and kind and yet completed the dental work I had come in for. All those who work at Watson Family Dentistry bring honesty and professionalism to their patients. I highly recommend them.
