Dr. Jarrell is a very experienced and dedicated dentist. She is very caring person. She sits down and explains what she does to you. She helps you make good decisions about your teeth. I recommend her especially and all of the staff at Watson Family Dentistry. They are great.

I like Dr. Smiles (Watson) so much, I continue to trust her with my teeth, even though I have to cross two counties for my appointments.
Everyone in her employ are friendly, professional and seem genuinely glad to be there.
Most importantly, they do an excellant job of keeping my teeth clean and healthy.

I saw Dr Jarrell. She was really nice and took about an hour to do my cleaning and chat with me. Very relaxed and easy going environment, even though they seemed busy. Something I really liked was that she came in a introduced herself when she first came in. Her assistant, April, was really good. She answered any questions I had, and even walked me up to the check out desk at the end instead of just pointing down the hall and letting me wander around. Overall excellent experience and I'll recommend Watson's to everybody!

Let me preface by saying I am one of those people who do not like going to the dentist. I broke a crown and it needed replaced. I had changed insurance and needed to find a new dentist, especially one that was accepting new patients and my preference is one with ties to the local community. I found Dr. Jarrell and I was pretty impressed, which I usually am not, she was very nice, very professional and best of all very skilled and deserves a lot of credit for having a very talented assistant in Shelby. Even the temporary fit and felt better than the previous crown and the whole procedure was pretty painless. Thank you ladies! It takes a lot to impress this crusty old vet!

What a great experience!! I moved here from Florida in August and I’ve been dreading finding a dentist. I heard about Watson Family Dentistry from a work friend and I figured it’s time to finally make an appointment with the dentist. I don’t have a fear of the dentist per say I’m just not a huge which is why it took me so long but let me tell you the experience was like none other. From the awesome office staff to the ladies in the back. I felt like I mattered and all I came in to get was a cleaning. I don’t think I’ve ever left the dentist feeling happy! Now this was my first time going there so we will see but as of right now I’m one happy camper with great teeth and no cavities!

This was my first visit to Watson Family Dentistry. The staff (from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist) was extremely professionally, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return using them as my primary dentist and I will be pleased to recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Jarrell is absolutely wonderful! She does some excellent work and makes sure that you are comfortable the entire time. I can't say enough about her and this dentistry. All the hygienists are so nice too and do a great job as well. All around top notch place. You need to schedule your appointment now!

Could not be happier with the care and service. I moved to Maryville a few years ago and felt apprehensive about switching dentists. We read great reviews about Watson Family Dentistry and made our first appointments. It's hard to go to a new doctor when you have been going to the same one for 30 years. The trust was almost immediate ~ very thorough and knowledgeable.
