They ordered a special-order mouthguard that you are required to try before taking home
They’re only open during work hours, so arrived at 5:01 hoping to just grab it & go before they left. Realizing this is inconvenient, tried to call a half hour ahead of time, but you only get a call center, not the local office, who said they can’t communicate with the people in the local office. Lol.
Door was locked upon arrival, but instead of just being adults and asking what we needed, they ducked behind the desk and crawled around like toddlers hoping we wouldn’t see them inside
Stood at the door in disbelief for another few minutes hoping we were mistaken, only to see the girls at the desk indeed peek their heads back over the desk to see if we were still there
What a joke. Don’t trust these people with your dental health, or your money
