Amazingly professional and friendly staff. Extremely thorough and clear communication. Stellar experience, would definitely recommend if looking for dental care.

This was my first visit to Dental Care. i had to have some intense dental work and they were so understanding about my concerns; they did everything possible to make a bad situation not be a bad experience and i was very pleased. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and very professional - i will definately be back in the future!!

Dr. Ross and her staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door all the way through my procedure. There was water and coffee available at the front and I was able to watch tv while I was getting my filling and whitening done.

Also, Dr. Ross and her staff explained the care they would be providing me with and continued to check on me throughout the procedure.

I would highly recommend this office and I will be going back for any and all of my dental needs.

The service was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. The facility was clean and state of the art. The prices are affordable even without insurance. The only downside is the xray program needs some work to cut down waiting time. I still defintely recommend their office.

Everyone at Dental Care of Veterans Parkway was awesome! I was a new patient with a dental emergency. They agreed to see me late on a Friday afternoon and stayed after normal closing time to take care of me and answer all my questions. It was a great experience, especially considering the circumstances. Thanks!

The dental team at Dental Care of Veterans Parkway was simply amazing and the office was very very nice (actually the nicest office I’ve ever visited). The front desk crew, dental assistants, my hygienist and the two wonderful doctors were all so professional, friendly and inviting. The team answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable with my treatment plan. My dental work was thorough and pain free and I left with a smile on my face! Definitely a great dental home to consider if you’re in the market for one!

I was very impressed by the thoroughness of all of the staff. I had some complicated dental issues and I had previously been to another practice who quickly misidentified the issue without asking me very many questions.

Before I came to Dental Care of Veterans Parkway I was called and they asked me to explain why I was coming. When I arrived, I filled out a questionnaire where I once again put down my reason for being there, and the hygienist asked follow up questions to clarify my reason for seeing them.

I’m thankful for the staff here and for their thorough examination. Everyone was very friendly as well. I will be making Dental Care of Veterans Parkway my regular dentist.

The bottom line up front is that you could not ask for better care, customer service, or a clean and calming atmosphere! My wife and I had morning appointments on the first day this office was open to the community, and were blown away by the office. It was calming and very clean. The waiting area and front reception desk was inviting. Dr. Laura Ross and her team of Donia, Tanya, Cora, and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. Dr. Ross answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. If you are looking for a news dentist, you can’t go wrong by scheduling an appointment here. Dr. Ross and her team are the hidden gems of Middle Tennessee!

Very kind, professional, and thorough with sound dental advice. I didn't feel we were being given a treatment plan that wasn't truly needed. Everything was explained with suggested phases and in order of most importance. Also willing to work within our finances, which makes a huge difference being on a very fixed budget.
