Dental Care of Veterans Parkway

We had appointments for our children and one of the adults in our households this afternoon. We even confirmed the appts a few days ahead of time and received text messages reminding us of the appts. We showed up fifteen minutes prior to our appointment and the office was closed and locked up for the day. We did not receive a phone call canceling the appt due to them closing the office early, and when my husband called the office he got a lady, Dana, who answered, told him the office was open, then hung up on him.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment that my visit concluded, everyone is so very thoughtful and considerate to their patient!
They all work together as a team to make sure that you the client/patient is comfortable and relaxed so you may have the best care provided to you to provide you the ultimate wonderful experience for your dental needs. . . and or desires.
I am proud to say that my eldest daughter and myself has had the great opportunity to feel how gentle everyone is !!! from the first day of their opening this brand new location.
I want to extend our gratitude and appreciation of their love and consideration that clearly is shown within every word they speak to you and procedure performed on you !

The technician or assistant was super friendly and sweet, also very personable. The actual dentist barely spoke TO me he talked to the assistant the whole time even when I asked questions.

I love this office. Everyone is always very nice and professional. Treatment is well explained and fees discussed. I worked in dentistry for many years and am glad to have chosen this team for my dental care.

I would give zero stars if possible. Made my appointment three weeks ago got a reminder text the day before only to show up to a closed office called the number back to have it confirmed appointment was today. And the office is closed

I have dentist anxiety and the entire staff was so nice! They kept me at ease and did an amazing job fixing up my tooth 🦷 I have a cleaning scheduled for next week, and I already referred my husband too!

Nice office. Good service when I can get in. They constantly cancel or change my appointment. Same thing happen with family and friends that I know have had the same problem.
