This location has now cost my family thousands to fix the work they’ve done. Numerous other consultations have said what a terrible job they did on the work and they won’t accept any responsibility. Unfortunately the dollar figure amount isn’t worth going to court over, or the lawyer fees. So all I can do is warn people away from this place. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. They ground the teeth too small for the crowns to fit properly, had the wrong size crowns made, but still say it’s not their fault at all. Please take this as a warning and go anywhere else

I have to admit that i had dental phobia for years but recently had to see a dentist for tooth pain. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Erwin and the Gateway Family Dentistry team. Had to have a root canal and three caps and Dr. Erwin performed the procedures without any pain. She is the best and i would highly recommend anyone that has the same fears as I did to please go to this outstanding dentist and her team if you need dental work.

Just had all four of my wisdom teeth removed two days ago and was terrified of the thought of the process! However, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than at gateway. Dr. Erwin and the staff were great throughout the whole process and super friendly! I would highly recommend anyone having any dental work done to give them a call :)

Dr. Erwin and her staff are amazing. They were professional and caring to my needs. I had a broken tooth which caused me a lot of pain. My tooth was extracted without any pain. I just found my new dentist here in Murfreesboro. I highly recommend Gateway Family Dentistry.

I can't say enough good things about Gateway Dental. These are the nicest most empathetic people ever! I was in horrible pain today from an issue with my tooth. When my own dentist wouldn't even return my calls, these folks actually worked me in on a Saturday. Dr. Patel was great. They clearly presented all options for my tooth, and alleviated my pain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Gateway Dental. You are my friends for life. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Usually going to the dentist is something I never look forward to, but when going to Gateway it’s a different experience. All the staff is caring and wonderful. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Patel, and April at the front desk is awesome.
