I travel over an hour to see my dental staff. I love all of the staff there! They are great! I especially couldn't do without Cindy. She does the best cleanings and never causes any pain. And has the best personality. They are all so kind and perfessional from the front door to the back and back to the out desk. And my dentist is a real gem. Sweet and kind and very devoted to her work. I feel so lucky that I go to such a great dental office!

Love, love, love our dentist office! Both the dentists on staff are so friendly + amazing and the staff is NEXT LEVEL when it comes to their dental assistants’ bedside manor / care and the front desk’s customer service. We especially love Nikki at the front desk because she makes us feel like family every time we visit! She even went above and beyond to check on me and my husband when he had 5 teeth pulled. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place!

The is the BEST dentist PERIOD!! We have been with them since around the time they opened and they still impress me. Our insurance is not the easiest and we recently had a claim that was a real challenge to figure but they went above and beyond to get it worked out. I cant say enough about everyone who works there, they ALL are incredible, professional and very personable. They deserve much more than 5 stars.

I first started going to Gateway family dentistry when I had gone to Castle dental and they pulled the wrong tooth. I had excruciating pain and had a surgery planned and had to get the tooth pulled before the surgery two days later. I could not find a dentist to take me or let alone fix my problem. Dr. Rachel Erwin and her crew pulled my tooth and I was able to get my surgery on time. Dr. Rachel is absolutely the best around by far. I have loved this woman since that day. I am a continued customer with her and will never go anywhere else. I just got work done today at the office. The staff is amazing! Dr. Rachel words cannot describe how amazing she is. I am scared to death of a needle but you can’t even tell she’s pierced your gum she is a true professional through and through. If you were like me and scared of dentist go to this one it will change your mind and you will get your teeth fixed. Dr. Rachel thank you for all you do for everyone. It’s not just about money to her she genuinely cares about her people staff, customers and all. I just can’t say enough

Dr Erwin and her entire team are amazing. They are kind, caring, professionals, whom make sure each patient is treated with the utmost care and dignity while practicing covid precautions.
I am terrified of the dentist chair but when I scheduled my appointment with Nikki H., she reassuringly informed me sedation would be available for my extraction and she walked me through the process from the moment I walked in the door. Her calm and sweet demeanor help to alleviate my worst fears! I am grateful for her politeness always being available when I call with a plethora of questions.
Ashley F., the registered dental assistant was incredible. Never left my side, providing the utmost in top notch care and expertise along with Dr Erwin. Katie the hygienist, whom made me feel as though my teeth have never been so clean. Although, I have not gotten the pleasure to work with each employee everyone says hi and makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, well at least for me. Again, you cannot go wrong with Dr Rachel and her team, are lucky to have them in Murfreesboro!
