They did a great job on my dental work but that was after they tried to sell me a $1500 periodontal cleaning. They stated that they would do the cleaning first and then the filling. Which in my opinion is pretty backwards. I would think they would want to fix the problem and then do a cleaning. I told them I would like the problem areas fixed and then I would think about the cleaning to which they obliged.

I've been very happy with Abilene Family Dentistry over the past four years. The office staff are very friendly and I've never had to wait very long in the waiting room. When I have needed dental work done outside of regular cleanings, it has been an uneventful and painless experience - which is a good thing!

Dr. Awtry was very gentle and except for the shots ( which is painful with any dentist) it was a good experience.
He talked to me throughout the extraction and made sure nothing hurt.
