Of course the remodeling is beautiful and perfect but the most important reason I love this office is because of the doctors and staff. Everyone is so friendly and professional and really helpful and in this day and age, that is definitely a commodity! Thank you for making what could be a nerve-racking and scary experience, a very comfortable and peaceful one instead. :)

I hate to leave this review, because I absolutely love the dental staff. The reception office is what is terrible.

I called and scheduled my daughter an appointment for a cleaning in January, I explained that we had a different insurance provider now, so I needed to know if they were in the network. I was told they would go ahead and schedule the appointment and the receptionist would find out. The appointment was scheduled for the end of March. I didn't hear back so I called the beginning of March and asked if they knew how much I'd have to pay for my daughter's appointment. I was informed they do insurance calls a week prior to the appointment, so she would let me know. When they called to remind me about the appointment, I asked, again, how much it would be. She said "it looks like the insurance is going to cover it" I took my daughter to her appointment and after we were done I stopped by the payment desk and was told "you guys are good". I received a bill in the mail for $254, because they were not in the network. I went ahead and called them and paid $150 and told them I would contact my insurance. After trying to dispute the claim with the insurance, I was turned down. The insurance sent me a letter explaining that they have no record of the dental office ever contacting them. I quadruple checked with the dental office to see how much her visit would be. Not only was I led to believe they were in the network, they led me to believe they had contacted my insurance provider. I have been a patient with this office for over 10 years, my entire family (aunts/parents/siblings) uses this same dental office. We will no longer go to Abilene Family Dentistry due to the poor office experience. It's very unfortunate because we loved the dentists and the hygienists.

Dr. Autry and team repaired my chipped molar very quickly. He took his time with me answering all of my questions. Most important to me, he made sure I didn’t feel a thing! I really like the welcoming, accommodating environment they have cultivated here!

Very friendly service and they are always as gentle as possible. No complaints!

Both Drs..Webb and Autry are very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous to you needs. I've never been disappointed on any of my visits. Been with them since i worked for BCBS 6years ago.their staff are also TOP NOTCH.

I have put off getting my cavities and crowns done for over 8 years because I did not feel I could trust anyone to do it. I found someone I trusted and Dr. Awtrey, and his assistant Mirana, did an amazing job. I fell asleep during my procedure because I was so comfortable! Dr. Awtrey did great with the shots and I cannot compliment their team enough. I had an amazing experience! Thanks so much!!!

Dr Autry is the best dentist ever. I now live out of town and will still drive 2 1/2 hours for my appointment. The office staff is awesome. I have been very lucky to get the same hygienist to clean my teeth. I love the professional atmosphere. I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for an awesome dentist.

Friendly staff, great experience overall!

My family has relied on Dr. Awtrey for several years now. Dr. Awtrey has always been in a good mood, had good rapport, and paid attention to our concerns. We've been pleased with the results. His staff have been friendly, caring, and behaved professionally. We've experienced no problems with billing. Both my wife and I have had regular teeth cleanings by the dental hygienist, Michelle, and we appreciate her very much. We like that she has been much more thorough than other hygienists we've had in other offices in the past. Michelle does her cleaning in a caring manner. She's made practical suggestions that we've put into practice to take better care of our teeth. The office also has a second hygienist who cleaned my wife's teeth in the past, and my wife thought she also was much better than past hygienists.

Dental assistant was very kind and made me very comfortable, letting me know what she was getting and doing preparing for my procedure, Dr Autry is amazing he’s so polite and caring how things r going while doing procedures, I will not go anywhere else! I have recommended others to this dental place and they seem very satisfied with there visits!! Thank you all for everything y’all do!!!
