The clinic was very efficient. All Covid safety measures were in place and adhered to. Used to be you would wait forever but now it is much more efficient. We got in and out quickly but without sacrificing quality. Looking forward to our next visit.

If it wasnt for Tonya Crockett coming into my room and delivering excellent customer service I am not sure I would of went back there. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Linda was my hygienist and had no bed side manners. Some have it and some dont I guess but when you are in that kind of profession you have to be top of your game.

I went in as a new patient with lots of work to be done and I have been completely satisfied with this location of Smile Workshop. They made a plan of my treatment and always told me what and how much for every visit. Dr. Rigby and all of the staff are pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend them!

This was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt at the dentist. I went in to get my permanent crown put on and he proceeded to drill on my exposed tooth without any anesthesia. This tooth was exposed and extremely sensitive. His nurse then proceeded to blow cold air on it after I asked them to stop. The crown didn’t even fit so they had to take a second impression. Im skeptical to go back but it’s already been paid for.

Dr. Thomas and his dental assistant were AMAZING! Coming from someone who is terrified of dentists, He made me feel at ease. I had two tooth extractions with an abscess and he got me in same day. I didn’t feel a thing and he kept checking on me the whole time! Wish my insurance covered this establishment so I could be a regular! THANK you Dr. Thomas!

Your office seriously bugs too much. I get texts and emails, wrong appt confirmations.. Once there, service is good but do you really need to contact clients so much? I was there 2 mths ago.. I've had 4-5 contacts and had to cancel an appt I never made since then.. The office part needs to get it together!
