Every time I have gone the receptionist have been very rude . On one of the papers it has my mothers name so they would not let me take MY daughter to the back . The receptionist said âtechnically your not her momâ which made me very mad and upset . She continued to argue with me for atleast 30 minutes about how Iâm âtechnicallyâ not her mom . Definitely looking for somewhere else to go .

I went in there without an appointment, without being one of their patients and about an hour before closed for a small chip in my tooth. The staff was very kind and were able to get me in. The price was very fair and the whole thing took maybe half an hour!

Waited for over 30 minutes scheduled appointment when I showed up 10 minutes early with no one at the front desk even recognizing that the customers that came in after me, were taken back one after another! The next two workers, the person who gets your weight and takes you to your treatment room nor the hygienist, were not empathetic at all! Stephen, that came in to do the fluoride treatment was the first and only person to try to straighten the situation, at all! Terrible customer care from all except him!
