After my initial assessment, I requested my records in order to get a second opinion. It took 4 phone calls over the course of weeks to finally receive these via email.
I decided to proceed with the appointment, and am generally anxious at the dentist. Dr. Ochoa made me feel at ease, had a kind demeanor and I felt like I was in good hands. All of the staff is polite as well. I’ll be sticking with the office from here on out, despite the initial delay in receiving records
