The whole staff is amazing! This is the best experience going to the dentist that I’ve ever had. Everyone is super nice and takes the time to get to know how you want your teeth to be cared for. They don’t assume that every patient is the same even with routine cleanings.

I have never been to such a pleasant dentists office. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly, from the front desk folks to the hygienists and of course the dentists and their assistants. Dr. B is not only delightful, but she is sharp and takes a conservative approach to dental - she won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I totally trust that she has my best interest at heart. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and the experience has been always been consistent and top notch!

Everyone is friendly, make you feel comfortable especially since I don’t like going to the dentist! I like that you don’t have to pay everything up front you pay as the work is being done! It really makes it nice to spread out the cost!

I had a positive first visit at Family Dentistry on Menchaca. No waiting time, the office was clean and organized. The staff (Belle, Karina and JB,) were knowledgeable and personable. I definitely recommend Family Dentistry you will Love Dr. Bassi. I was greeted with a kind, calming voice, followed by my exam; she was thorough and made recommendations by being attentive to my health history I provided.

All of the staff is super super friendly! I’ve had other dentists that were passive aggressive but the one I saw the other day was very sweet and made me feel welcomed. I had a few questions that the dental assistant helped me with, the lady that was helping me check out / schedule broke all of the costing down for me and also answered any questions I had. 10/10 experience.
