Dr. Bassi & her staff made this experience as amazing as possible. No one loves going to the dentist, and it had been a long time so I was especially dreading this visit. I just loved my dental hygienist today. She was super gentle. Normally they take the little poker and stab your gums to make them bleed and she was just really nice about it and it didn’t hurt. I’m going to see if I can request her every time :) And I left with my teeth clean as a whistle! Thank you!

I love Dr. Bassi!!! I don't even live in south Austin and drive to the other side of town. Her and her staff are all worth the drive. I have always hated going to the dentist but going there is actually enjoyable. Fantastic bedside manner and they all take the time to get to know their patients. Also, her work is impeccable! I know it will be done right and that I truly am taken care of. I will recommend her to anyone! <3
Updated to add that JaQuaye is an amazing hygienist. IDK why people are saying this office is money hungry regarding deep cleanings. I was recommended that as well but also knew I needed it as it had been some time that I had any dental coverage. It's a necessary evil for periodontal care - ever since having that done, my gums no longer bleed when I brush. Mind you, I have always brushed and flossed but after years of no insurance, I didn't go for cleanings bc dental care without insurance is expensive. However, the office will work with you on a payment arrangement for out of pocket costs. Anyways, JaQuaye is amazing and I always enjoy our visits. The entire office is professional but also like you're talking to a friend. Dr. Bassi is my normal provider but I have seen Dr. Salinas also for a crown and she is just as good and thorough. My entire family uses this office, kid, wife and his other set of parents. We all love coming here.

The staff and the doctor are very professional and polite. They greet with a hand shake and a smile. They make you feel so comfortable. The Doctor sits and explains everything they need to do. It was a wonderful experience going to a great dentist that you are not a afraid to go to. Amazing people there!! They take good care of you there!! They make you feel like family!!

I've been using Family Dentistry in Manchaca,Tx for a few years and I can't imagine using anyone else. I've had other Dentists but none of them was as professional and at the same time as fun as Dr A and her staff. Their office is nice and it's easy to get to. If you're looking for a Dentist this group will make you happy.
Made my 2021 check up visit with them again. As always they make you feel very welcome and they are super friendly. I am so happy I found them.

Everyone in this office is so friendly and helpful. They have a great payment plan for those without insurance (which is super helpful and more places should have)! They make you feel comfortable and talk about the best way to get the work done that's needed. I was recommended by a friend and in turn would recommend all my other friends!

The staff was friendly and courteous. The office was comfortable. This was my first visit and the “paperwork “ was done through a cell phone link.
Watching the TV on the ceiling kept me from focusing too much on the cleaning being done. Their services were more affordable than other dentists I had priced.
