Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

They saw me super fast and took very good care of me. I actually dislike going to the dentist but they made me look forward to going back.

The staff was very professional, attentive, gracious and made me (a sceptic) very comfortable. I truly appreciated the care I received there. I was in a lot of pain and they were sympathetic. Will definitely return and not be afraid anymore. Thank you!!

Had to edit my review. Even though I had a not so bad experience on my first visit, it's about two and a half weeks later, after several phone calls, finally was able to make an appointment for a tooth extraction, but not until 2/23 😠 and now my tooth is hurting again (shaking my head). Maybe if they scheduled my follow up appointment with the oral surgeon a week ago, I could of had it removed today..now another month of waiting (oh yeah, still waiting for the email confirmation with the address to the Arlington location, thanks Jeff...hopefully will receive it before my appointment so I know where to go!!!) Not sure why but this is unacceptable!!!

I don’t trust these guys. Their “upselling” is corrupt. They try to sell you things you don’t need. Then when you say no to this, they did some questionable things, including not doing the basic things. Will be filing a complaint with the State.

I went to Modern Dentistry in Cedar Hill on Sept. 9th for a cleaning. They said I had a cracked took in the back. I agreed for them to fix it. After I left a few hours later I could barely open my mouth. I called the office and told them about my mouth went back in Monday the 19th. I saw the Dentist and she said I am sorry but I hit a muscle and it’s swollen and inflamed. I asked for pain medicine because I am in so much pain trying to open my mouth to eat. I have to push food in my mouth off the fork and by the time I finish eating I am in so much pain but she refused to give me anything to help with the inflammation or pain. I can hardly brush my teeth due to the pain and not being able to open my mouth. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life.

Very nice and professional team. Dr. Winstrom was very informative and stated everything he was doing. Front desk staff very friendly. I recommend this office.

Everyone in his team will make sure you are taken care of & are pleased at the end. I can truly say I LOVE MY SMILE!!!!! I felt very welcomed by Cynthia at the front office. The receptionist Shanda was very helpful with checking in. My visit with the dentist Dr. Gross was amazing! Everyone was really attentive and patient with me. The assistant Daisy was very nice and helpful. The whole office treats you and your mouth very well. The dental treatment Dr. Gross performed on me was completely painless. I will be returning for the rest of my treatment. Thank you!

My wife and I came on a volunteer day and we had a great experience in every way possible. Kind people all around. Marina was our hygienist and she is the sweetest person ever. Could not ask for a better experience at the dentist

The most incredibly positive dental visit! From beginning to end! I was able to get an appointment quickly, was warmly greeted by a friendly professional group of people. The facility is spotless with great care taken to provide a clean Covid-free environment. Dr. Wistrom was remarkable, kind, gentle, and PAIN FREE! The extraction was painless, quick and without complications. Within 36 hours the site was totally without discomfort or any sign of the swelling and inflammation that had necessitated the visit. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group to anyone in need of dental care.

Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed on the same day at Modern Dentistry of Cedar Hill. Cassandra, the office manager, was very professional and helpful. Dr Wang was great. He was professional yet personal. He spoke to me and my husband about each of our daughters before and after the surgery. We had his cell phone number to contact him if we had any problems and he called to check on us two times. Everyone at the office called us by name and we felt we had a great experience.
