Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I was very impressed by the services that were provided. Everyone was very nice and professional. I didn't plan on getting a root canal done the same day. Although it was a very comfortable process and done in a timely fashion. More than I can say for another dentist office that is verrrry overated (No shade)! Dr. Stiggers was awesome along with staff!! Shot out to Cedar Hill Modern Denistry I have no complaints. Those other denistries have nothing on you!!:)

All I can say is WOW!!!!! First time at this office and Dr Gardner was great she took care of all my concerns at my own pace. Also Jessica gave me the best cleaning. Soo gentle.

I have had dental work done at this office back in 2016 and that was a great experience. I moved over to the Orthodontic side and it has been nothing short of an unprofessional experience. I had my braces put on in October of 2016. I have had 3-4 Orthodontist working on my mouth between that time to now. It was a period where there was no Orthodontist for months! Who suffers? The customer. They still collected monthly payments for the braces, although there was no treatment happening due to their negligence in not having a Orthodontist. My last visit that I had in August 2018, they had a brand new Orthodontist who saw me for 20 minutes and said “your braces are ready to come off” This was his first time seeing me. He asked if I was happy with my smile I said NO! I have had several Orthodontist come in a switch up the treatment plan, I am not happy. He says that my teeth are fine. I move to another state and go to a Orthodontist that is still within this Company, and I’m told my teeth look terrible, and I’m looking at another year for them to correct my teeth. They want to charge me another 3K to have my teeth corrected. I contact the office in Cedar Hill to let them know and I’m told that all Orthodontist are different and each have different treatment plans, so for that they will not cover the extra cost or reimburse for THEIR negligence. That had to be the most ingnorant excuse I’ve ever heard. That’s like one Dr saying you have cancer, and another Dr saying well you don’t have enough cancer cells for me to call it cancer. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! They have not tried to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They collected their money from me and kicked me to the curb. I did move to another state, but I was supposed to only have these braces on a year! My life doesn’t revolve around the unprofessionalism. They should have paid for continual treatment or refunded me my money. I have asked constantly for their corporate number or a higher contact and no one will provide it. I have contacted a Lawyer and the Attorney General. Beware of this company, don’t be fooled. They are unprofessional and negligent. This is the exact reason why people don’t trust Doctors. Just a bunch of QUACKS! Save your money and go to another orthodontist, because this location in Cedar Hill Texas believes in Patient Abandoment. I also went to your website to see what your mission and vision statement was and I see that you lack that, so it makes sense as to why you have unhappy customers. You don’t value the customer and your mission is to obviously to secure the bag without providing adequate treatment. See you in Court

I hate going to the dentist, but my experience here was great! Every single person that I interacted with was polite, welcoming, gentle, knowledgeable, etc etc. This includes desk staff, hygienist, the woman that did my X-rays and the dentist himself. Will definitely continue to go here!

Loved the staff they were friendly and caring, even though I was on my phone, Celeste was very patient and kind to me, sorry Celeste. They took really good care of me. Jason was really helpful as well. I didn't wait long to be seen and had a pleasant experience.

I have come here for years and have been happy with the treatment they provide every time. They do not try to sell you services you don't need and will do their best to accommodate your schedule. I have even had them stay late to make sure I got my crown placed. This is a very good office.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! They have went way down hill since Dr. Gross left. This new staff are very inexperienced, and unprofessional. They bill inaccurate prices from your contracted insurance rates. Don’t waste your time with this dental office.

Joia was the best. Great help and very considerate. Will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend her when you go to Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry. She got me to calm down before getting all for of 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted.

Dr Sibley is great! She deserves 5 stars!! This rating is for the front desk receptionest who told me I had to reschedule my appointment because I was a FEW minutes late. I am rarely ever late for an appointment and sometimes the circumstances are unavoidable....never have i ever Been told to reschedule at any Dr’s office for being a few minutes late. I will Never return to this establishment and i am Taking my business elsewhere.

Today I had three fillings done. Dentist office very professional and courteous. Friendly smiling faces greet you as you walk in. Appointment time was at 8am and I was out within an hour. Best dentist in Cedar Hill!
