Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had a crown come out that was placed in 2018, my current dentist did not want to replace the crown and told me to contact the dental office that did the original work. I made an appointment was seen quickly and was told the issue with the crown and it was replaced with no complications. This office has the best patient friendly atmosphere I have experienced in quite awhile. Thank you!

I had a overall wonderful experience here from beginning to end. I did not have to wait long and the staff was very friendly and professional, they went out of their way to put me at ease. The assistant manager was genuinely warm and outgoing as if we had been friends for years and did a awesome job if explaining my benefits and future needs. Awesome group of people!

Horrible experience! I loved the office when Camille was at the front desk. I arrived and the gentleman was verifying my information with another patient!!! My treatment plan was wrong and Marcy acted as if it was my fault (I had been calling for three weeks to verify my plan); by far the WORST experience and Dr. Sibley is a very caring dentist. I did not even have my dental work completed, I just left due to frustration. It is ridiculous for this type of professionalism from the front desk.

2018:
Dr. Kyle Gross is fantastic! Talk about the most patient dentist ever! I hate getting work on my teeth done (who doesn't?) but if this is the treatment and customer service I receive each time, then I am in!
I had deep cleaning done on my teeth and let me tell you I did not feel a thing, I can't wait to go back and I am really not joking!

Experience in 2016:
Had I known the endodontist (Mr. Radwan) was this nice, patient and extremely comforting, I would have came for my root canal months ago instead of dealing with it. The staff is also awesome! I had had a root canal done before at another dentists office and it was a horrible experience. The next day after my root canal I felt no pain! No soreness! It is amazing how much great work makes a difference. So glad I decided to give Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry a try!!

I would give more but I can’t! We were scheduled for a Sat afternoon. The wait time was 1hr and 15 mins to see the dentist with no updates as to why is was taking so long. Time is money! The dentist didn’t introduce him self so I don’t know who my son saw. He was kind and knowledgeable; however I don’t like to wait without updates. Needless to say I was reluctant to spend any money and I’m taking my son to his regular dentist.

I came here after another BIG name dentist office made me wait for over an hour before they even saw me. They had me taken care of and seen in 30 minutes....... that’s what I call service! Their staff is professional but still very personable. Their prices are great. I have found my forever dentist office. Yes they do braces, yes they do implants, dentures bridges and yes they do that too. Great place for you and ur family!

The staff at Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry is very friendly, welcoming and paitent. Dr Gardner is amazing. I’m scared of needles and dread Dentist visits in general yet I left here looking forward to my next appointment. This was by far the least painful experience I’ve had, note I she did 4 fillings and a pretty big onlay. It’s like baby Jesus guided her hand ever so gently around/away from any areas that should’ve caused discomfort. I mean it was unreal how virtually painless the entire process was, one word: badassery! I highly recommend this office, and Dr Gardner specifically.

They push unnecessary procedures. Not affordable, even with insurance.

I'm reviewing orthodonitics only - my advice is don't. If you've read the previous reviews you know almost all the bad reviews are ortho. I've been coming a year and have seen 4 different Drs and a new one later on in Feb. You have to wait too long between appointments for the Dr. because they only come 1 or 2 DAYs a MONTH. Try and get all their patients in that short a time - CRAZY. They do call and change appts and if you can't make that day (I was having eye surgery once) I had to wait another 4 weeks. Most Orthos see patients every 4 weeks, not here, it's been 5, 6, and 7 weeks, which drags out my time in braces. When a new Dr comes, he doesn't do anything the first time he sees you, "because he needs to review your file and make his plan" If only I knew beforehand! I bet a lot of the ortho problems aren't reviewed, because it's young people coming in and dont know how badly they're being treated and know to review.

Dr. Gross is super sweet, and very patient!!! I love the office!!! Cynthia and Ramon are great!!!
I called to see if they could get me in earlier and they were able to accommodate me and get me in earlier. I’ve definitely found my doctor for life!
