Coppell Modern Dentistry

Love Coppell Modern Dentistry- Love everyone one from the front of the office to the back. We’re looking for a cost efficient oral surgeon to pull my sons wisdom teeth while he was in from college and they were so nice and helpful. Thought I loved our regular dentist but they now have me wondering if we should be switching and allowing them to take care of all our families dental needs. 🙂

I have seen Heather as my hygienist for a few years and she is amazing. I highly recommend her to everyone I know. Everyone here does an overall fantastic job. Very little wait time, very clean, great communication and very professional staff.

I have never been to a dental facility that was this informative about my plan of care. I cannot tell you how great this experience was. The dentist went over every single detail of his review of my xrays/photos, my plan of care, problem areas, why they were problem areas and how they got there in the first place, and his recommendation on how to proceed with care. The insurance professional was highly informative about the payment plan, and offered options. She went over every detail to the giant invoice we typically receive, BEFORE asking if and how I would like to proceed with care, and it all made sense to me! They were very trusting. I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to dental care, but they made me feel very comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving and will receive in the future. This might sound strange, but I’m excited to go back, haha. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great place to come and get your mouth hygiene taking care. Brenda is very kind and polite, as well as my new friend the lady at the front desk. to keep it short, they all are really nice and professional highly recommend.

This office is Posh. MEGAN does X-rays and assists the doctors. I would classify her and Doctor Y as the Dream Team. Both Megan and DOCTOR Y (Doctor Yusufali) are friendly, talkative down to earth and Cool as hell. Doctor Y was always checking to see if I was okay, no pain, etc. Really was impressed with her. The manager who goes over the numbers with you - LAURA -- was very nice, friendly, and fought for me and got me a discount because of my situation LOVE this office. TVs to watch in the dental chair, as well as while you are waiting. Definitely two-thumbs up with a Smiley Face.

This office was a breath of fresh air after 4 failed attempts at finding a great dentist nearby. The staff was organized and communicated clearly from the get-go. The service providers and doctors were all kind and explained everything thoroughly. I'm new to the area and thankful to have found a reliable dentistry to stick with!

Have been coming to Coppell Modern Dentistry since 2011. Always enjoyed phenomenal services by the amazing team that work here. Today for my appointment, had a great check up by Ms. Brenda and Dr Guo. Great job guys. Appreciate Y'all.

I love coming to this office. The only thing I have trouble leaving. The front office staff, Laura & Anika, my apologies if I misspelled your names, they are both so down to earth & friendly. Talking to them puts me completely at ease. I have never felt any pain or discomfort at any visit I have had.

Going to the dentist has always been a chore for me; it’s not that I didn’t like it or was afraid, but rather something I just “had” to do. I actually really enjoyed my time here yesterday! I loved that I could fill out my paperwork online so when I got to the office it was a quick sign in, sign this pin pad a few times, and then let’s get started. I loved taking X-rays here! Never have I ever been to a dentist that lets you see your x rays as you take them. They even had this camera thing they stuck in your mouth to take actual photos of your teeth. Later when I saw the actual dentist she pulled all of these photos up right in front of me and talked to me about what she saw. She pointed out where I’m starting to have a cavity, some build up she saw, etc. She was very informative with everything and seeing it first hand put it into a different perspective. When I saw the hygienist she was the same way. She asked me about flossing and I told her that I floss everyday, but little did I know I have been flossing wrong this whole time! She took the time to get a mirror for me to hold up and watch her floss my teeth. She taught me about how to feel for build up and how to get it off of my teeth. The other thing I liked about this place is how they showed you first hand your bill, explained what was covered by insurance, and took the time to go over with me what was covered and what wasn’t before anything was actually done. Overall, it was a great visit and I feel better informed of what I should be doing and how to do it.
