Never a bad visit. Marilee and Aunnica always greet me with a smile. Heather does a flawless job on cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sambaraju and Dr. Saji are thorough with their exams. All the assistants are amazing! Highly recommend this office.

I had 2 crowns placed in 1 day. It takes approximately 2-3hrs for the instant Cerep crowns to be formed and placed. I was there over 4 hours but needed 2 crowns. Brenda the dental assistant and Dr. Ashraf were very attentive to your needs, even offering a warm blanket to rest while waiting on the make of the crowns. It is worth the wait to not have temporary crowns placed and also additional appointments for placement. These crowns are a little more expensive but also carry a 5 year warranty. Thank you to the staff for getting me in quickly and providing great service!

Poor communication, insurance/money hungry. My first time seeing them they refused to see me unless I had full mouth x-rays completed. I was going for a routine cleaning. No history of dental problems. BUT, their policy. It is obvious to me that "as they care about their patients" what they really want is your insurance money even though I was not comfortable with the increase in radiation exposure (radiation exposure and breastfeeding with increased cellular turnover). Another trip last year I was pregnant and went in for a routine dental exam and they refused to see me because I did not have a note from my OB/GYN stating that I was an acceptable health to be seen. However, they failed to communicate that with me. Their policy. Now I was trying to schedule an appointment to be seen since I am having a new dental issue (remember they wouldn't see me last year and due to circumstances out of my control I couldn't make another appointment), but nobody picks up the phone because they really want you to online schedule. They have phone lines, but nobody picked up and when messages were left nobody called me back. They did, however, call to make sure they had a copy of my insurance card. Nobody called to screen for COVID prior to entering the office. No email was sent to screen me for symptoms. When I went to my appointment their office could not accommodate my needs and had no answer when questioned about their lack of communication or new COVID policies. "It's new for all of us. Our office just recently reopened." Well then you had time at home to develop safe practices then, right? I wasn't happy from the beginning but it was easier to stick with them than find somebody new. Rarely do I settle. I did mistakenly this time, and this experience today has reminded me why I will be seeking a more professional office who actually takes into consideration the patient and their needs.

I absolutely love this place!! Best dentist office I’ve been too. They have amazing doctors, hygienist, and of course the best front desk people!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great dentist and team! They are fast, fun and only recommend the proper plan of action for healthy gums and teeth. Check them out!

I LOVE these folks! Got me in at the last minute to use my FSA money. I was in a use it or lose it situation. I went in knowing I needed a crown, but it could be a root canal. From my past experience with other dentists I thought for sure they would go for the up sell. This was not the case! Turned out to just be a crown. Impressed with the integrity and honesty! Everyone here is so kind! Did I mention I LOVE THEM?

Local, Friendly Dentist that will make anyone comfortable about their decision to change dentists. Sure we all want to stay with the one we have had, but occasionally, you just have to make a change. We did and are happy with our choice. Dr. Street takes time to get to know you and shows compassion. The office is clean, comfortable and provides calm in an environment you can appreciate.

This place is awful. I would never recommend it.

First of all let me say that I have good teeth partly due to the fact that I brush and floss regularly. In my life I have only had one cavity and I am probably only one of a handful of people that actually enjoys going to the dentist.

I found myself in Coppell for a few months and it was time for my 6 month cleaning. I thought, ‘how bad can this Coppell Modern Dentistry be?’. Right off the bat, they said I have terrible teeth and that I needed 2-3k dollars worth of work on my teeth but that they would work with me to bill the insurance in a way that was not so expensive. I said, please just give me a cleaning and I will get second opinion. They refused to give me a cleaning saying that they would be sued by the state because it was against their diagnosis. Then came the parade of the assistant, insurance specialist, dental hygienist, and dentist to tell me that I absolutely needed this work. When I insisted I just please wanted my teeth cleaned and nothing else, they toned it down and said that I urgently needed a varnish on my teeth and a deep cleaning rise to kill all of the gingivitis on my teeth. I said, please just give me a cleaning and I am going to get a second opinion. They finally saw that I was not going to pay anything extra they agreed. They gave me a 2 minute polish (not a cleaning) and sent me on my way. When I asked the dentist about it he said, “well it is a type of cleaning.”

This is a terrible place that is only interested in making money and quick.

Dr. G and his assistant Brenda were wonderful. I love how Mrs. Brenda engaged in conversation. I recommend this office 100%. The entire staff was welcoming from the time I walked in until I left.

Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Coppell Modern Dentistry is friendly, knowledge, quick, and extremely flexible. I woke up one Saturday morning at 4am with awful pain in my gums near my top molar. Luckily Coppell Modern Dentistry is open on Saturdays (huge plus). I call them at 8 am, and told them how much pain I was in. They were able to get me into an emergency appointment at 8:30 am that same day. Turns out I had very large abscess, and required a surgical tooth extract and infection cleaning. Over the next couple weeks I had all the work done through them, right there in the same office. The endodontist they recommended was great. They let me use my HSA for the initial payment, and offered and extremely flexible monthly payment plan for the last 4 payments. I live in Addison, and I will gladly make the drive to Coppell for this dental office as long as I live in DFW.

Amazing group of people. The staff are so helpful and kind. I got a check up, a cleaning, a root canal and a crown all done in 3 hours. Best experience ever! Good job Coppell Modern Dentistry!
