We are highly disappointed with the entire company of Bear Creek!! We have a 9yo with a very special case of Amelogenesis Imperfecta. We have been bounced around between doctors. 1st we started with a Dr. O. then found out he is no longer with the company. Then we were put with Dr. Ludlow. He performed the very delicate surgery on our 9yo. He did not do the job we were hoping for, for the finished result. Today my wife had to take her to another Bear Creek office for working on a plan for braces. However, after over an hour drive to the office, she finds out that Dr. Ludlow is no longer with Bear Creek. So, the orthodontist that our 9yo was seen by today, did not have a plan to mover forward. Not one person has ever bothered to call us, email, us, or leave a message. So every trip we have to take from our house to Dallas is over an hour away. This is totally unacceptable. We have a NPO in her name that is paying for all cost after insurance. So, its not like they are having to file with some sort of government entity to receive payment. No one at this place of business, or the owners seem to care. I hope that someone reads this, and would reach out to us, to at least give an explanation or tell us they don't want our business. Something, anything before we drive an hour for absolutely nothing.

Great customer service, the staff is so friendly and the have so many activities and fun games for the kids. My little ones loved coming here. Definitely recommend this place for the whole family!

I had a total of three visits with Dr. Carlos Camino and all three visits went very well. He was very personable and explained everything he was about to be before doing it. He was very detailed and seemed like a perfectionist when completing the root canals which is exactly what you want when you have someone fixing your teeth 😬. I also met with the manager Jose Perez who had a great sense of humor and explained the payments options very well and in detail. I will definitely be coming for any future work that needs to be done!

I been here since 2017 . I love it here !!! My son loves it also . Friendly staff. Give you pictures of your children in a key chain . Give them coloring books. Have a play ground for your children too play. I recommend this dental for yall .☺

When i walked in the lady gave us a warm welcome! Its a kid friendly zone. Staff are awsome! My daughter was excited when she seen the art on the wall and the bear that came out to take pics! Will return!!!

I've always been coming here with Dr. Whittington for 7 years , she's the best 100% recommend her. Front and back office are very nice ,helpful & friendly . Overall just great customer service. My kids have been coming here for years and now my grandkids are patients of this office too . No need to go to another office they have everything such as specialist for kids, oral surgeon and orthodontics. There just great!!!!!👍👍👍👍

We had a great experience at Bear Creek Family Dentistry - Cockrell Hill. Ms. Norma and Doctor Ludlow were amazing. We have a special needs boy that is 20 years old and nonverbal, so the dental work that needed to be done would not have been possible without the team at Bear Creek. We did try other dentists first, which is why I can absolutely recommend Bear Creek to anyone, especially those with small children or other special situations. I can't thank Ms. Norma or Dr. Ludlow enough for their help. Our boy is doing great, and it's because of them. Thank you sooooo much!
