Very BAD place don't trust them for your children treatment here are very neglected on there work. For second time my son had crown treatment with nerve kill after the treatment he comes out crying that he was feeling the pain they tell you all the contrary My son has chip insurance they never send the pre authorize grant for the second treatments my son was needing they just said sorry about the long wait but the neglected lady's in front office never send in the request to chip and I had call 1 month ago .to ask them if the insurance had approve but never call me back Now after 4 months ago I call in TODAY my son in severe tooth ache they just say sorry but really don't CARE they have A Lot of mistakes twice the Dr was checking other kids CHART in my presence but not my son's the actual patients CHART they change diffrent assistants they ask each other twice and again about what treatment there doing to the children . I see all these UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF.

Bear Creek Family Dentistry is the BEST! And you don't have to be a kid to go there! They take all ages. It is very kid-friendly though with plenty of activities for kids while you wait. The staff is friendly and professional and I always look forward to my teeth cleaning! Dr. Whittington is the BEST, friendly, personable, and really takes care of you. I always suggest Bear Creek (and specifially THIS Bear Creek) to my friends and family who might be nervous about going to the dentist! Don't be! It's a great experience!

If there was an option for no stars I’d choose that. If you have ever been to an “actual good dentist” this place is NOT IT.
Not only is it a poor environment, but after meeting with other dentists I realized that the services provided were inadequate as well. This is why all of my fillings have come out in the past six months. That’s in addition to returning shortly after having them done, and the Dr. saying “ we will use better material this time.” Needless to say, the facility having me pay up front which wasn’t cheap and never being able to complete a procedure is inexcusable. The two times I attempted to have them correct the Dr had “other patients, other appointments” to get to. I never appreciated the fact that they would prep me then go see other paitents in the meantime and keep me waiting endlessly. Very very unprofessional and I DONT RECOMMEND bringing your kids here. It’s actually a blessing that they worked on my teeth so that I never let them touch my daughters. Nor do I recommend this or any places like this to ANYONE.
