Decided to try a new dentist and was also looking for a family dentist for my toddlers first time. Glad I chose Bear Creek Family Dentistry!!! Both my daughter and I were able to see the same dentist on the same day. I was nervous for my daughter and thought she would be afraid but Dr.Whittington was super patient and nice to my daughter and made her first time visit a fun one! The staff is also patient and outgoing.I highly recommend Bear Creek Dentistry.

I would deff recommend!! the staff is so friendly , today i had to get my tooth removed and i was scared , but they make you feel really secure. Thank you to Dr. Dabney she did a great job , and Martha for explaining me everything and making me feel that i was at the right place .

I showed up to my appointment and according to the front desk my insurance wasn't in-network there. I left and called my insurance, they called this location to see what went wrong because my insurance was valid in AND out of network. My insurance said this location would give me a call back that same day to let me know if I could go back or reschedule. Hours passed by and bear creek never called me, so I called them. A woman answered the phone and said they would give me a call the next day to see if something was going to be worked out or not. It's been over a week and no one has called.
They definitely don't care about their patients, I ended up scheduling at Westmoreland Heights Dental, they were very helpful and even called my insurance to make sure my time wouldn't be wasted since I mentioned what had happened at this location. Now i'm all set. But, Bear creek should've at least gave me call to let me know nothing was going to change but they didn't.
