MINT dentistry | Uptown

The staff at Mint Dentistry was very friendly and informative. I'm usually uncomfortable with the x-ray process, however here at Mint Dentistry it was a lot more of a comfortable experience than previous visits at other Dental offices. The Doctor was very informative, listened to my concerns and offered several options of resolution.

Overall, I had a pleasant visit. This is my second time visiting this location and both times the young ladies at the front desk were very inviting and professional. Andrew was so informative and made my visit alot more relaxing. Hope to be back to this location for my next visit.

Wow! Im just barely starting my appointment and I've already had the best service I've ever received at any dentist office! Viviana is the sweetest person ever! She made me feel so comfortable and is continuing to make sure I am. Will definitely be keeping MINT as my primary dentist office!

Ok, so I posted a horrible review yesterday about my scheduling experience with Mint and instead of editing it I wanted to delete it and begin brand new because that's how great the Uptown Dallas office was and turned me into a believer again today. After my one star review, I received a call almost instantly this morning from Jenna the office manager, sincerely apologizing for the whole thing. She heard me out, listened to my frustrations and accepted my constructive criticism. She was truly eager to make me happy again and her positive intentions were 100% genuine. She confirmed all my insurance questions I had originally been inquiring about and I went in today for my cleaning and everyone in the office treated me amazingly well. Dr. Spence is a total sweet heart, very knowledgable and quick, but precise with her treatment plant. My hygienist went on to give me the best cleaning I've had in years and when leaving, my normal goody bag was full of all sorts of extras like the new Mint full sized charcoal tooth paste, new whitening trays and extra whitening gel. WOW Mint, just WOW in the best way possible. I even learned some things from your patient response today that I will happily incorporate in the doctor's office that I work for. Thank you Jenna and the entire Uptown office today, I'll see y'all in June.

Very professional establishment. The wait was not long at all. Sonny was my dental tech she was good to me. You can tell she loves her profession. Thank you sonny Mint for making my smile great again.

It was a great experience. In the middle of moving and the receptionist took great care of my scheduling needs, helped with my dental needs and then also sent me home with whitening trays. Definitely recommend!!

Dentist here recommended a crown and paid all expenses. Went in a second time as it was bleeding every time I brush my teeth, and dentist seemed to rush me out of there. Went to another dentist and they stated the job done at this location that this was a poorly done job.

My advice: if you want to avoid 3 visits for 1 tooth, avoid coming here. This has been an issue for 1+ year.

So glad I switched to this dentist. Best visit ever—staff was friendly and made sure the entire visit was pleasant and professional. My favorite part was the massage chair. Highly recommend!

I came for the free whitening promo they have. Normally you would think it's a catch with that. There isn't! They get the molding and they give you a kit to take home and do it yourself. If you are happy with it, you can come and purchase the gel for maintenance. It doesn't get any much easier than that! If you want to try, you should definitely do it and don't have second thoughts!
