MINT dentistry | Uptown

They were fast and efficient. As I’m sure I’ll experience some pain later due to surgery, the process was seamless with no problems occurring during. I felt comfortable with all the staff and trust them for all dental needs. My particular location is the Uptown office, but any location I would gladly visit should I need to. Thanks again Mint !!!

Unfortunately they were a waste of time, and no one likes their time wasted. I booked an appointment two weeks ago as a first time patient for a cleaning. When I gave the dental assistant/front desk my insurance info, I informed her that I would like to use recent x-rays from my previous dentist, and she said okay. At the appointment and after I completed all of the intake forms, they told me they would not accept my X-rays from another dentist. Needless to say, they were not up to par. Saying anything to get people in the door, and not providing quality individual care is not good dentistry. Most people will continue with the appointment and have Mint Dentistry charge their insurance for unnecessary x-rays, because they are already there, but that is unethical for them to false advertise, and is part of the reason insurance rates increase. For the record, they said they Do Not accept x-rays done by another dentist no matter when they were taken. I prefer an Ethical Dental practice.

Heard about Mint Dentistry from the radio, my first time here. I absolutely love it here, staff gave great customer service. Very clean and organized establishment. Kimberly and Sonny are awesome, this will definitely be my dentist office from now on. Did I mention a massage chair while getting a cleaning 👌🏽 😎😊.

Very good experience. Everything is well explained with no surprises. They try to make you as comfortable as possible with massage chair and music/tv of your choice. I will be scheduling my next visit with Mint Uptown for sure!

I've been looking for a trustworthy dentist and I HAVE FOUND one! The Dr was so helpful, I had bit of an emergency and he was awesome. The staff was able to squeezed me in where it was impossible and the Dr was able to start working on my little (sorry big) issue. Now i can smile again without feeling embarrassed of my situation. This was only my second time in the office but believe me it will not be my last and it will be my dentistry for now on, including my family!!

Smoke and mirrors to hide their upselling tactics and poor dental standards. Before my appointment, I confirmed my dental insurance over the phone, and also gave them my dental card at the office before the appointment. They confirmed that they take my insurance and that I was fully covered. It seemed flashy and new with massage chairs and Netflix. They also offered me several "free" procedures and items, like "free" whitening "but only if you leave us a good Google review, haha" they said half jokingly(I assume that's where all these 5 Star reviews come from). Why aren't all dentist offices like this, I thought. I'll tell you why. After all was done, the whole staff stood around twiddling their thumbs like a child who knows they are about to be in trouble. It turns out that due to a clerical error on their part, they were incorrect about my insurance being accepted and they had a giant bill waiting for me. It turns out all of these "free" things were going to be billed to the insurance, and now it was up to me to pay because I had "agreed" to their "free" services. I had to drop hundreds of dollars the same day which wouldn't have been needed if they had processed my insurance correctly. They also 'graciously' offered me a 'charity' program for $100, which would apply to future visits, but 'unfortunately' not for this (prior) visit. Most dentists make their money by being actually good and honest dentists; Mint makes theirs scamming the insurance company by upselling clients on unneeded procedures. If you're looking for a terrible spa that also does mediocre dental work, this is the place for you. Just make sure they actually take your insurance (I called several times in advance, so REALLY make sure).

Mint Dentistry has become my second home in search of perfecting my smile. The staff and doctors are friendly, professional and very welcoming. I’m very happy with the services I’ve received and can’t wait to continue coming back for future visits.

MINT is the only dentistry I will ever use! The staff is beyond friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. You will never find more expert care. Trust me, go to MINT for that beautiful smile you deserve.

I had the best experience at Mint, I came in for a regular checkup and they got me in very quickly and I was out in less than an hour. At the front desk kylar and Brittney took care of me and we’re very informative and sweet. I will definitely keep coming back!

All mint offices are esthetically pleasing. Most locations have professional staff. But this location... I wish I could say something positive the patient coordinator/ front desk receptionist should really work on her communication skills. How is a dentist office understaffed by hygienist. Don't overbook if you don't have the staff to handle it. Since Mint has multiple locations wouldn't it make sense for the system of scheduling to be more accessible meaning when you type a patients information in any existing or future appointments should pop up so that way a patient does not have multiple appointments. But I know nothing.
