MINT dentistry | Uptown

Everytime I come to Mint, they always treat me well and the staff is nice, friendly and top notch. I really appreciate them keeping my teeth polished, clean and pearly white. I will continue to rock with them as long as they keep me smiling.

Today is my first time here and they have all been super friendly and welcoming. I'm not a big fan of the dentist but they have made it very comfortable. They have offered to let me use their iPads and headphones, the chairs are massage chairs, and have offered to let me watch Netflix or play music on the tv above me. Also it's a very nice view. I can say I've never been to a dentist this nice.

Absolutely love MINT, didn’t know what the hype was all about but now I know why. Super great office, the staff is so sweet, and the perks are even better. Had Alli help me with my denta cleaning and she was phenomenal. Forever a patient with MINT dentistry here on out!

I went to mint dentistry in Uptown and all i have to say is WOW!!!...absolutely love this place. The staff was nice ...I got teeth whitening free and take home whitening. They also have the BEST!!! payment plans so if you need any dental work done please do t hesitate to give them a call. I walked out of mint dentistry with squeaky clean teeth...thanks mint dentistry!!

I've always have bad experiences at the dentist, this time it was different. I've decided to get my whole mouth done after I get this one pulled. The assistant was really nice after I told her of my dislike of dental visits.

Front desk staff very welcoming, nice waiting area. Dental assistant was sweet she let me know every step of what was going on. Met the dentist he so sweet and professional. Over all great place.

I had a great experience for my cleaning at Mint! They provide free professional whitening trays and goodies! They even have massage chairs as the dentist chairs! Definitely recommend and a close easy location in uptown.

I called on this morning about an endodontist referral that the office was supposed to email to me over a week ago. The person who answered the phone said that there was no referral on file. She asked me if I remembered which tooth. I told her that information should be in the clinic notes. She then said she would have the doctor to look into it and called me back. I asked her for her name and she paused before saying "I'm the lady that works the front desk". I asked for her name again and I heard her hang the phone up. Each time I called back to this location, no one at the office answered. The call was answered at another location which handles scheduling. The last time that I called before driving over to the office, someone at the scheduling phone number finally gave me the name of the office manager. I'm sitting in the lobby while writing this review. This is unacceptable service and so unprofessional. Kenzy stomped into the lobby with an unpleasant demeanor and wasn't courteous enough to even speak. The dentist was really nice. She came out and talked to me about the referral and that's when Kenzy interjected while I was telling the dentist about my experience. I asked her who she was. I finally got an answer to the name of the person who hung up on me: Laura. Kenzy seemed to defend her more than she empathized with my frustration. I had to drive all the way over to the office just for someone to speak to me.

The entire staff is friendly. It’s nice they have snacks and drinks if you’d like while you wait. The music selection is good. Massage chair is a nice touch!
