Northeast Dallas Dentistry

They recommend it $1000 plus cleaning for my teeth and told me I had gum disease. I am a regular at the dental office and in order to get a cleaning at the regular pricing I had to do the recommended cleaning which was north of $1000. They just took $59 from me to fulfill their new patient pricing.

We spoke in person and by phone. The team seem pretty incompetent of how to conduct business, as they threw their sister facility under the bus about another misdiagnosis. That facility recommended a full root canal…WOW. Yet, they insisted on another completely not needed procedure. But didn’t allow me to opt out to do a general cleaning. No real work was done to see any visual bleeding of my gums, but as part of the “spill”- the programming they have in this case was just a script to hustle ppl out of money. I literally heard the woman say that there was “bleeding” of my gums. I paid the $59 and walked out. Word of advice, don’t mention the new patient cost to them. Cause they will default to their reasoning for not cleaning your teeth, which is in the fine print.

NE Dallas Dentistry ROCKS! My first visit & it was great. I had major dental work done & not ONCE did I feel pain during the 3 procedures. Very kind & considerate of their patients. The vibe is positive & uplifting. Clean facility. Every member of staff professional.

Great experience here and all the staff was very courteous. I definitely will be back. My normal check up was easy and usually don’t have problems with my teeth but would trust them for any dental procedures

I was thoroughly impressed with the care and courtesy received at Northeast Dallas Dentistry. Everyone including Dr. Yost, Marisol and all the staff were so attentive and understanding. I will return to continue my dental care with Dr. Yost. It was a great experience at this office.

Zumra, my dental hygenist, is comforting and personable. She constantly checks in as she cleans my teeth. Dr. Yost is conservative in her recommendations. I appreciate the transparency and kindness in addressing me as a patient and fellow adult.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute and took care of me! I’m losing my insurance so I’m super grateful that I got in because they actually discovered that I had a cracked filling. They were able to fix it same day! Everyone was so kind and professional. They were even willing to work with me on the payment plan. A lovely bunch of ladies working at this dental office. My son needed emergency dental work and although not a current patient, they saw him that day and provided excellent care. He recently got a quick appointment for follow-up care which was fully covered by a warranty on the original work. I highly recommend them.

I'm not really a big fan of unexpected dentist visits... But then, I'm not really a fan of dentist visits. But I had a crown pop off yesterday (nothing in your adult life really prepares you for the sensation of having a "tooth" fall out unexpectedly) and wanted to get it promptly taken care of.

The folks at Northeast Dallas Dentistry were total professionals and a pleasure to deal with. I'm happy to have gone through the process with people who care — especially for someone just passing through the area.

Always a pleasure to come! I am NOT a fan of the dentist per a bad experience when I was a child. But everyone here made my root canal a seamless process. Cleanings are a breeze and love the communication between me and Dr.Santillan! She’s literally the ABSOLUTE BEST! Dental Assistant Tanner is amazing as well. The whole staff is personable! Love it here will never go anywhere else!!!

Today I visited Northeast Dallas Dentistry and had the fortunate experience to be placed with Esme for my x-rays. I have always dreaded going to the dentist because I have extremely sensitive teeth and nerves. Esme was so cheerful and understanding about my anxiety. She was very gentle taking my x-rays and just as nice as she could be. Her attitude took away my anxiety and by the time I saw the dentist, I was as calm as could be. The entire visit went smoothly and effortlessly. Dr. Yost and Esme make a great team!

This was my first time at Northeast Dallas Dentistry, and it was a great experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while due to the pandemic and moving, and everything was laid out in an easy-to-understand manner, from the type of cleaning they determined I needed done to the cost and next steps for future visits. Plus, I know a lot of people don't like the dentist because some of the cleaning can be painful, especially if you don't floss regularly or have various issues, but my hygienist was gentle while still getting her job done and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was OK and not in too much pain. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning to use this dentist again.
