Great cleaning. Terrible dental service. Appointment was for a cleaning. Then they said they could take care of the cavities on my left side this appointment and my right side in another appointment. Left feeling worse then when I initially went. They said I might have a sore throat but they underestimated the infection cause by their procedure and did not provide antibiotics. Reading online it should have lasted less then three days yet I battled a sore throat that last a full week. Called a doctor to prescribe antibiotics. Then to make matters worse it hurt to use the left side of my mouth. Went back to see if they could resolve my issues but refused to admit anything was wrong and said everything looked great. Immediately canceled the appointment to fix the cavity on the right side of my mouth.

Easily the best dental experience I have had. Very detailed X rays and images taken on first visit. They found a cavity and took care of it within 15 min of finding it. I didn’t feel a thing and they went straight into routine cleaning after that. Allison Yost was very professional and thorough. The office is very modern too!

After 20 years of avoiding the dentist, I bit the bullet (no pun intended) and made an appointment. From start to finish, everything was painless - I made the appointment online, and they sent me my new patient paperwork to complete beforehand. When I arrived, I was immediately ushered through a quick orientation of the process, x-rays, review and recommendation, all costs (both covered/not covered by insurance), and then we began! Every step and process was clearly explained, and every member of the staff couldn't have been nicer. Location was easy to find, ample parking, and easy in/out. Highly recommend!

THE STAFF IS OVERALL FRIENDLY AND I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ONE PERSON IN PARTICULAR IS ZUMRA, SHE'S THE BEST PERSON THERE BECAUSE SHE'S SUPER FRIENDLY, COOL OUT GOING AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE WE'VE BEEN FRIENDS FOREVER. HER ENERGY MAKES YOU WANNA COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING PAYMENTS, INSURANCE AND MORE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO EVERYONE AND I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BUT VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I LOVE ALL YOU GUYS AND YOU GET A 5 STAR RATING FROM ME AND MY FIANCÉ.

The receptionist/benefits coordinator welcomed me in and helped me fill everything out. She was very friendly and INCREDIBLY helpful, as I am not too familiar with insurance or going to the dentist, really. She helped me to clearly understand how insurance works, and helped me pay out the treatment in the most cost-effective way. There were some problems with the x-rays but the technician was patient and made it work. Dr. Santillan was very professional and clearly explained everything before she did anything, and then she helped me to see what she was seeing so that I could clearly understand my own teeth and gums. So so helpful. Finally, the hygienist too was very helpful and clearly let me know what was going on and if I was ever in any discomfort, she made sure to adjust what she was doing and numb my mouth a bit more. This has been my best experience by far with a dentistry and I hope I never have to go to a different dentistry.

Everything from reception to bill pay was exceptional. Monica the manager was able to explain payments and any options to me so thoughtfully, Kayla who took my X-rays was delightful and Katrina made my scaling the closest to enjoyable as it can be. Lovely practice with happy employees that I can feel are committed to my dental health.

10/10 would recommend. Everyone here is really nice. They go above and beyond to take care of you and to make sure you feel comfortable. I came in for a cleaning and needed a tooth fixed but figured I’d have to come back for that. However, they make their crowns in house so I was able to get my tooth fixed the same day.

This place is very special. It's the 1st dentist office I've been in (I've been in many) that made me feel safe, that made me feel like a person. From Monica at the front desk, who was a warrior at getting my insurance verified and in helping me find options for financing my treatment - To the lovely assistant who took my x-rays and explained every single thing, every step of the way - Down to Dr. Santillan who has a wonderful bedside manner, she could tell I was nervous and eased my fears, she spoke straightforward about what I needed done and how we can achieve it.
The people in this office, having only just met me, went above and beyond to make me feel important and that my situation wasn't hopeless. Dental expenses can be staggering, and in my case are substantial. This team helps you find ways to make things happen that you didn't think were possible.
I'm so grateful to them for giving me some hope for my future dental health and I look forward to them helping me become whole again.

My husband, Francisco, had an appointment to do some work on his teeth. He avoids the dentist unless necessary because it's not usually a good experience. Today he was very happy with the way they went over his treatment options, allowing him to choose what best fit his needs and preserve teeth. It was not painful and he doesn't mind that he will need to go back for additional work. Dr. Santillan and Kee were very professional and patient.

The staff and Dr Santillan have definitely made going to the dentist a comforting experience. She made sure to let me know everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I will continue to recommend family and friends! Thank you ladies!!
