I do not go to dentist, at all unless it's an emergency, well I had an emergency, this was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had in my life with a dentist, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I have never felt so welcomed, every person I encountered was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone here make you feel so welcome, they have flexible payment options, which helps hugely!!! I can not thank each and everyone of you enough for all you have done for me today and making my experience easy and comfortable. Thank you!

Everyone in the office definitely made a great first impression! From the moment I made the call to tell them I was stuck in traffic literally less than a minute away was exceptional! If you get nervous with going to the dentist as much as I do I reassure you you will feel comfortable!

I absolutely LOVE this dental office. Every member of the staff is fantastic especially Lila! She is so sweet and giggly. She brightens the room as soon as she walks in. I’ll definitely be a patient of this practice for many years to come.

One of the best dentist offices I've been to and I've been on a streak of bad luck while on the move until I came here. Staff is kind and caring. Place is clean and orderly. Wait time is fairly short. Overall, a great experience.

My dentist, Olivia, takes the time to explain to me what's going on and visit my options. She's quick and concise with answering my questions. She let's me speak my mind and genuinely listens to me. Also, shout out to Lauren at the front desk for being on top of my financial & insurance related questions and scheduling.

I originally came here for check-ups and cleanings. I later decided to use Invisalign which is offered through this office. Prices were reasonable and I was able to pay through a payment plan. Positive experience going through it and great outcome. I even had my old discolored filling replaced shortly after. Olivia took some before and after pics to show off, and honestly, she has every reason to be proud of her work. I'm in love with my new smile and I have her to thank for that!

I recommended NE Dallas Dentistry to my friend who's also looking to get Invisalign which is not offered through her current dentist. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a dentist! I didn't feel scared, short-changed, or ripped off after any of my visits. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm moving again, I'd stick around but I'm highly considering that I can fly back every 6 months for a cleaning. I'm not made of money but ultimately I think I'll be saving money if I end up at another bad dentist.

Great experience! They are open on Saturdays which was so helpful with my schedule. Kristin walked me through my insurance prior to the appointment and also quickly provided a quote for the treatments Dr. Santillan and I discussed during my appointment. Very communicative and helpful office. As a fearful dentist-goer, for the first time I am not dreading my upcoming dental appointments!

This is so far my best Dental experience. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. I was here for annual dental checkup and cleaning. Dr Santillan gave a clear walk through about my dental xray and gave good recommendations to avoid gingivitis.
Also huge kudos to Zumra the hygienist she is the best, did a very good dental cleaning. Trust me you wont find a better hygienist than zumra.

My dentist was amazing. She is such a caring person and was patient with working around my tooth pain. Really cared and made sure I was pain free. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to any of my friends. They do great work.

I can say this is the most comfortable and no anxiety I have ever felt at a Dentist office. The staff is so accommodating and friendly and explained everything so I could understand. When Dr Santillan came in I felt like i was talking to a "friend" .....The procedures they deemed necessary and i had done was done painlessly and I was very comfortable. I was impressed with how the equipment and environment was extremely high tech! I will definitely make this office and Dr. Santillan my new dentist and highly recommend them.

I had such a great experience here! It was time to get my teeth cleaned. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I met with Dr. Santillan, who was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. Will definitely be returning!!!
