I was asked for my name I gave my first name then I was asked again for my full name the receptionist informed me my son could not be seen because I was not a emergency contact. After informing the receptionist I'm the father i do not need to be placed as a emergency contact she said it didn't matter. And informed me she allow it this time. No way was that a favor. After the appointment I went for my son's medicine. The pharmacist did not have a prescription like smile magic promised to electronically send it. The pharmacist called the office to be told that there had been a prescription written but they don't know what medicine had been requested.

Everyone is great here at Smile Magic. Quick check ups. Great customer service. Wonderful experience. Extremely helpful. Answered everyone of my questions. Shout out to Damaris for being extremely patient with our son Jedediah, he is a handful and hyper boy. She played with him and got him out of his comfort zone. I definitely recommend everybody to come here.

The entire staff is very friendly and caring. My kids actually don’t hate going to their dentist appointments anymore. Glad I chose this place. Sometimes wait times are long but it’s worth the wait because they will take care and give you the attention you need. Not to mention while you wait you can watch a movie (theater style), play video games, or play in the indoor playground for your little ones. At the end of your visit you get crowned like a King/ Queen and get goodies to reward you children. What a great experience!

We have patients at this location for a few years. Our visit this week was over 2 hours long of nothing but waiting. X Rays went fine. Teeth cleaning process was super quick but the actual Dentist never showed up. They kept saying it would be 10 minutes. We ended up leaving and I asked if the Dentist could follow up with a call if needed. That was refused and I was told I would need to reschedule. Basically the message I received on my way out was BYE FELICIA. They had no consideration for our time.

Worst place ever! I went last January for my kids check up. Took them 3 hours! Today.. 6 mos later, we walked in and they told us it was a 2.5 hour wait. Wth!!! Heck no! Ppl have other places and plans. For a check up? Nope. I told them that a courtesy call would have sufficed. To warn us. Instead they had a waiting room full of kids running around. And none had masks … nope. Never again

The place is very clean and everyone is very attentive. You don’t see employees just sitting there doing nothing, everyone is on the go and they help each other to keep things going. There was also hardly any wait time. We were a family of 4, but the guys helped each other and they worked on 2 of us at the same time. The dentist also explained everything to us, and when in doubt he didn’t just wing it, but instead asked for more X-rays, which then resulted in me needing another crown, so that was good. The financial advisor also did an excellent job explaining all the fees and what our insurance covered and what it didn’t. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
