Great experience, super patient with my children. Eric is the kid’s favorite person when we arrive. The doctor C is amazing and was calm in explaining all the procedures for this first time mom. Thanks and super recommended.

This morning both my son's had scheduled dental procedures at 10am. The wait time was ridiculously long to begin with! Second I signed all consent forms and signed a consent form for laughing gas to be used on one of my boys since I know he get extremely nervous, needless to say NO laughing gas was used and I could see through their ipad that they provide that my son was nervous. Come to find out they were out of Gas and I wasn't made aware!! Had I been told I would have made a decision to continue treatment on my son or NOT! Definitely not returning to this office at all!! We walked out of there at 1pm when our appointment was at 10am. Completely overbooked and under staffed!

It was a great environment here. The staff were so amazing and understanding. I had questions and they had answers. Not only did they answer my questions but in a way that was very understanding. I am so appreciative with the staff there really did their best to assure we felt as comfortable as possible and that to me is very important for both my children and I. Definitely recommend you give them a visit. Thank you so much smile magic for the warm welcome on our visit.

The kids love it because there’s a playground and movies, however it’s been 2 and half hours and still waiting with my kids. They are way overbooked and unless you have a good 3 to 4 hours I don’t recommend it. I will have to find a place I can make appointments and don’t overbook. This has completely wasted my day :(

I was very pleased with the visit as the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Plus the dentist and the dental assistant made me feel very comfortable while my procedure was getting done. Great environment and friendly staff I highly recommend this place for any dental work.

I'm typically satisfied however,the wait time was extremely long today! I got there around 12:20 for the 12:30 appointment and was placed in a room around 1:30 for about 20-30 minutes before I had to ask how much longer for just a brief 5 minute examination.

It's incredible to say but without a doubt its has been the best experience my daughter has ever had at the dentist! ... The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly..The building's layout for a game room and theater is so awesome .... The dentist explained not only to me but he directed his attention to my daughter and walked US through step by step everything he was going to do and everything that needed to be done!...and after the visit they gave her a pizza and a goodie bag so cool!!!...I am never taking my children anywhere else!!! ...so happy with the full experience!
