Eric was my radiologist tech and the first person I was seen by inside the office and his personality and level of service was outstanding! He is a genuine person who knows how to make the patient feel very comfortable. I was nervous but he made me feel relaxed. It’s always a great experience when I take my 8 year old son. The staff is friendly , the wait time is fast , and my son enjoys the goodie bags and food provided at the end of visit.

I was looking for a place that would be open on Saturdays and we’re glad we took our kids to Smile Magic for their dental checkups. Our kids don’t like getting dental X-rays but the technician was very friendly and patient which made things go smoothly. Smile Magic is a fun environment for the kids. Their favorite part was the indoor playground. Everyone was courteous and kind. The Doctor answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. We will definitely keep visiting this place again for our kids dental needs.

Awesome place simply the best. Tops every other competitor when it comes to private pay and customer service. Lizbeth did an amazing job was very attentive to all our needs above and beyond her job description and duties. Horrible experience. My 9 yr old was taken in for dental work. He was to be sedated. The staff confused the amount and timing of sedation. The office manager came and reaffirmed us that everything was ok. 5 mintues into the procedure "we could only look through cameras" we knew it was not. We stopped the procedure with my son crying, saying over and over that he could feel pain in his mouth. He shouldn't have been able to feel anything. After explaining to the dentist everything that transpired before the procedure. Anesthesia not given correctly. The dentist said were canceling the procedure apologized and said I understand if you want to go somewhere else. A horrible experience for any parent. I will share my story every where I can. I am also contacting the bbb and and any dental association that I can find.

Staff is always friendly(Eric was very nice). But they are always over booked and are under staffed. They used to be a wonderful office but we will not being going back we had an appointment at 5:30 (which we arrive on time) and didn’t get out until 7:30. My child did not have dinner until we got out. If the wait was going to be that long they should have advised and given us the option to wait or reschedule.
