I was met with kindness and genuine concern for my situation. I was treated well. I needed a good bit of work done and they were able to set me up a treatment plan that would only take a few visits to complete instead of months .I was extremely pleased with the entire staff and treatment

Aspen Dental was a lifesaver for me! My first appointment was with Dr. Patel and she was patient and so kind. My extractions were with Dr. Shingala and he was awesome! He took his time and talked me through the entire procedure. Each and everyone of the staff members were helpful and friendly. If you are in the marker for a dentist Please consider Aspen. You will not be disappointed.

Aspen dental got my boyfriend fast when he was having ad tooth pain. As soo as I called they had an appt available within a couple of hours on the same day I called. Very clean & the staff are experienced & friendly. I definitely recommend this place & will be back for my future dental work.

I do not recommend this place, the wait time is several hours long. It's very expensive, $1200 for a "therapy" cleaning. After they completed my xrays and wanted to reschedule me for my actual cleaning, I chose to cancel everything instead and I left. They still managed to bill my insurance for several hundred dollars and billed me a separate amount, with NO hygienist service completed.

My first appointment at Aspen dental went great... I brought in the "New Patient Coupon" that covers your x-rays etc. and was able to get my teeth cleaned the same day. I paid for the teeth cleaning and everything else was taken care of from the coupon. UNTIL a month later I received a bill saying I owed money for everything that the new patient coupon covers. I called the billing department and they said they made a mistake and forgot to apply the coupon and that they will take care of it. And then the next month I received another bill... so I called again and they said they see the note on my account and will have the regional manager take care of it. Another month passes and I receive yet ANOTHER BILL. And this time it says I will be reported to a collection agency if I do not pay. So I call them again and they say they will tell the regional manager to clear it and they will call back when they do so. In the past week I have called them 6 times and every time they say the regional manager has to clear it and call me back... but I have still not received a call back. The last two times I called, I asked to speak to the regional manager myself and they said she was not able to come to the phone or she was out of office. If I could give the billing department -5 stars I would. They obviously cannot do their job at all. I will never return here again. My appointment was in July and it is now December and it still has not been resolved. Absolutely terrible.

I’ve had a tremendous fear of visiting a dentist. When I heard that Aspen Dental was a judgement free dentistry, I bit the bullet and made an appointment. I felt like crying, however I was comforted and reassured by the technician that did my X-rays. Everyone was so kind and explained all the procedures I’m a way to make me feel comfortable. I’m reassured about all the procedures that I have coming up. Thank you for being so kind to me.

If you're looking to spend pennies on dental come here. It is cheap. If you want a good dental experience do not. They are a heartless staff and doctor I delt with. The only nice one is the girl in the back who deals with the payment. The front desk lady is rude and like you're a bother. Just not a good experience at all. If you absolutely have to get work done in a short time frame they'll get you in. Hire someone personable people who actually cares about their patients. Or act like you enjoy your job. Was there twice and everyone's attitude was the same. That goes a long way

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid $91.00 and received no treatment. I had a severe tooth ache and went in on January 9, 2020.
X-Rays showed I had a cavity that had tunneled onto the root of the tooth. I was told an extraction was the only option. The dentist told me to take 3 Advil and 1 Tylenol at the same time for pain relieve until I could get the tooth pulled.
I was given the next available appointment for extraction - January 20th. That's 11 days with a cavity on the root of the tooth causing excessive pain. I was assured that they would get me in on a cancellation by Monday.
Monday came and went, and nothing. Meanwhile, the Advil/Tylenol concoction made me sick to my stomach. I was using just the normal dosing of Advil but, it wasn't helping the pain.
After seven days in constant pain, I called back on Wednesday, the 15th asking to be worked in. I was in tears. I explained that I was in pain, I have a full-time job and kids, I can't just be left in pain for almost two weeks.
I received no sympathy. Just the assurance that they would try and work me in on a cancellation, which they had already promised to do a week earlier.
I asked for pain meds if they weren't going to get me in before the 20th. The answer was no, the doctor doesn't give pain medicine before a procedure.
So, no appointment for extraction, no paid medicine. They expected me to just walk around in pain for nearly two weeks.
After pleading for an appointment on January 15th, I called another local dentist. I was given an appointment for the next day (1/16). That dentist extracted the tooth the same day, and sent me home with pain meds.
In the end Aspen took my money and provided absolutely no care, no treatment what so ever...and expressed zero concern for over my distress.
