So much for: "the first appointment is free". We just wanted a quote. After 4 hours waiting and bull, they sent us home with a plan that cost $4k for a root canal. We tried to call back to see if we could rework the plan. No one would call us back. After a month we finally cancelled the procedure plan and went somewhere else. Then we received a bill for $700 for a cleaning. YES, $700 FOR A CLEANING!! We only went to the office the one time! Do not trust these people.

If I could give zero stars I would!
Worst place to go ! Went and had so much done from them to end up worst than when I went, had to go see another dentist so he could fix up their horrible work! I paid so much and still keep getting bills from them, I wouldn’t recommend ever…

Worst experience of my life! They were trying to say I have over 20 cavity and needed a deep cleaning. Witch after going to my original dentist I didn't have such a problem. They are scam artist, and I only wish I could give them a lower rating then one star.

Aspen Dental was the best experience I have ever had with a dental care facility.
After my exam was done I had to sit down without planner for my dental work and my dog had ate my partial so i had to have it all replaced, I needed 2 crowns and various other work and I was so overwhelmed financially,an Nikki the office manager went and got her regional manager Toni, They sat down with me together and helped me figure out a plan in order to allow me to pay for the dental work. I had no insurance they gave me the number of a place that you pay just a little bit money(99.00) and you get 60-70% off on your dental work for a year. It was all just a wonderful experience. I love the staff, but the new dentist needs to be more engaging.
He was also pretty rough while doing my dental work. Doesn't give the shots time to work. Gives the shot & then starts working on the teeth.
I got a new bridge. Been waiting 7 years to get this done. It is too high. I mentioned that they took a mold of my teeth, so the fit should be better. He just blew me off. He tried to grind it down some. It is still too high.
They had a couple of female fill in dentists last summer while looking for a permanent dentist. They were AWESOME!!! I wish they were still there. One was Dr Angel. But I think they brought them in from other areas. I wish they were still there.

As a new patient I don't believe they were interested in My business. on my visit I waited 2.5 hours for an x-ray, after which I explained that I had to get back to work so if someone could call me back that would be great. I called back 3 times in a 7 day period and still no call back from the office manager on pricing. When I transferred dentist they were what I felt as reluctant to release the 2.5hour X-rays. Not a great impression.

At the conclusion of my daughter’s cleaning appointment back on 06 NOV 17, I made an appointment for her next cleaning which was scheduled for 06 FEB 18. I was handed an appointment card for that appointment (picture attached to this review).

Going to the 06 FEB 18 appointment required me to leave work early, resulting in having to use earned paid time off and the loss of paid over time that day. It resulted in my daughter accruing an absence for her last period class.

We arrived 20 minutes early and upon check in I was informed that they had no record of the appointment and the hygienist was fully booked the rest of the day.

So what good is it to even make an appointment and receive an appointment card?

I emailed their customer service two days ago and have received no response.

If you make an appointment here you better be proactive and call them a day or two prior and ensure they actually scheduled it for you, otherwise you’ll be out time and lost pay like me.

The Aspen Dental Team was amazing! I had a root canal done this week. I was nervous about the procedure, but the staff made me feel comfortable, and explained the method to calm me down. I didn’t feel any pain during or after the root canal. The staff is friendly especially the office manager. I would recommend them to all who need any dental procedure.

I had a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. The office staff was friendly and got me in right away. The Dr took out two wisdom teeth the next day without having to see a dental surgeon. They were real nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was terrified. Thank you! I would recommend them to anyone.
