My appt in yesterday was the BEST appt ever. I only waited in the waiting area about 15 minutes before they called me back to begin. I left in reasonable time around 1030. Great job.🙂🙂🙂

Absolutely horrible, my husband went in on saturday, they couldn't process his insurance till Monday which is fine call on Monday to get the money we over paid and I am now being told that it will be 30 days or more to get the money they owe even though they already know what the insurance is going to pay. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our family will no longer be using this office or any Familia Dental again.

went to see dentist on an emergency basis. I had a tooth that began to cause me some pain. I was hoping to refill tooth and be done. Unfortunately, according to dentist, I had to go to a "specialist" for a root canal. right there I should have got out of chair and walked out. I am a student with little funds. I decided to have tooth removed. The cost for a root canal and go back to this dentist to "fill and cap" was going to be a semester's tuition and books.
This dentist could not pull my tooth out. I was there trying to be a "good patient" and not complain about the pain I felt. He just said it is just pressure. uuuuuh no it was pain, I said. He was not strong enough to pull tooth out. After I said it hurt he just sneakered. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
After about an hour later he was finished. He didn't speak with me again to see if I was ok to drive. His assistant pffft she sucked too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I've had a terrible experience there... and still going through it. Let's just say, I never got numb from the injections and every time the dr. drilled it was excrutiating. Dr. says, "some people just don't get numb". No dummy, you don't know where to inject the novocaine! Hygenists speak Spanish to one another, which I find extremely rude. Hygenist was texting while holding the suction tube in my mouth. Dr. didn't get the crown right the first time so has to do it over and therefore more excrutiating drilling. The whole time you're in the chair, the dentist is talking to other staff about other patients because it's like Wal-Mart of dentistry. They do as much as they can at one time. The other thing is the TVs in the "rooms". Everything is loud. I think they do that so you don't hear the kids screaming as much. I'll pay full price for a real dentist next time.

i walked in on a saturday with a horrible pain at their closing time but they got me in and the dentist stayed late with the assistant as they didn't want me to experience pain throughout a weekend and fixed my tooth very nicely i couldn't be more satisfied.
