Everyone here is pleasant and there are so many perks versus your average dental office. My only complaint is they could be a lot quicker/move faster. I do not want to stay at the dentist close to 2 hours if I come in for a cleaning. Other than that, great staff and work.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. Aside from all of the awesome amenities like Music through Beats by Dee headsets, and movie choices from Netflix and Pandora, their staff is amazing. They're friendly, warm and very accommodating. Treat yourself to a spa like experience at Mint!!

LOVE this place! Not only did I have an amazing experience a few months ago when I came for my first time, but today it was the same when I brought my daughter. They are just so amazing here, the whole staff. And very kid friendly!!

Everyone is different, so this is just my experience. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they were able to take me same day. That was awesome. The first hygienist was very informative, respectful, and professional. Doc was nice and personable. It had been 7 years since my last dental visit, so I needed a mid level cleaning. That was the most uncomfortable cleaning I have ever had. They used a numbing gel on my gums that was insufficient so the tool caused pain and discomfort. I chose to continue because it wasn't unbearable. Water was splashing all over my face and running down my jaw and neck. Highly unpleasant. And the rinse water was FREEZING and kind of hurt my teeth. My mouth hurt at the end of my appointment. Is this normal??
You cannot watch anything while being treated, which is not what I gathered from the commercials. There is no screen above you so good luck seeing it on the wall while on your back. Even if you're watching something while waiting in the chair, they come in and out and talk to you so you'd be constantly pausing it. Glad I didn't elect for that in the beginning.
I have some cavities that need to be fixed and was told my out of pocket would be upwards of $1700, BUT if I sign up for this Smile Club thing for $5/mo, all I have to pay is my deductible and I can cancel at any time. So wait, you're telling me that I can pay $55 for $1700 worth of treatment? Sounds great, right? Well this is the deal. She admitted they overcharge the insurance to get the bottom line ($720). So that means you're wanting to wallet rape me $980, but offer this cute little monthly package for $5/mo to make me feel like I'm getting a great deal? They got insurance to pay and they know I'm not paying $1700, so they use this Club as a way to get more money because most people probably don't cancel after a month making it more profitable in the long run. Sounds like unethical business practice to me. But of course I'll do it because I'm not going to get that deal elsewhere, so they've got me. Overall, I'm not impressed.

My husband and I came to Mint Dentistry for the first time. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nick H. was extremely informative explaining our dental benefits and procedures we would need. We will definitely make this place our home for any dental care needed, and will be bringing our children there in the future.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR NEXT VISIT....SCAM ALERT... first I’m told I have to take x-rays, then I’m told we want your money. Mixed words and confusion...Worst service ever! I have been visiting this office for years and will never be back nor will I recommend anyone to a MiNT location moving forward. The current office manager is extremely unprofessional, her name is Terry. I had an 8am appointment scheduled and I was the second person in the lobby before 8am. Other customers continue to come in after 8am and are being taken back before I am. I ask the front desk if everyone was at an 8am appointment and she replied with a yes. At this point I am passed my scheduled appointment time and when I get to the back I declined X-rays today and just asked for the cleaning due to the delay. I waited and a women came back and I was told I can’t be seen for a cleaning because because I declined the x-rays. I asked to speak to the office manager, Terry said certainly and walked up to the front with me and then said I am the manager. At that point Terry felt challenged and the conversation went downhill from there. She started to mention in accurate policies that I asked to see. She then decided to make a call to mint dentistry human resources, after several minutes of waiting i was told that I could still have the cleaning WITHOUT THE X-RAYS but would have to pay out of pocket and not covered by insurance. I told her that I have never paid for a cleaning in the past from this same location, and did not understand why I was going to be charged because I declined x-rays. Again when I challenged the question and not understanding the policy Terry did not know how to handle it and at this point became unprofessional and started using personal attacks and acted as if I was causing her to feel unsafe because I was asking questions.
At the end of the day I feel that this and many locations are a scam and all of mint dentistry employees are pushing to get more closed on insurance than they actually care about the customer. I am confused at why she had to start an argument with me when I declined x-rays and make a call to HR and then she says I can have the service after confronting me and causing an argument.
If anyone at mint dentistry cares I would love to have a conversation about this and go into more detail about how this all played out.

I am embarrassed for MiNt Dentistry to have a person like Terry managing an office that does not know how to deal with customers concerns and when the conversation does not go where she wants it turns it into an argument and then at that point says that you were the customer are causing causing the argument.
Had Terry followed her own procedures and got clarification before engaging with me on in accurate policies I would’ve had my teeth cleaned and this post would not be here.

First time here. From walking in the lobby it is so nice. The setup is so nice. Big comfortable chairs & couches. Very clean. I didn't have to fill out tons of paperwork they had a tablet that was quick & easy. The staff was extremely nice. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable in everyway from asking if I wanted to put the massage chair on while I waited for the Dr. Also if I wanted to watch Netflix, or listen to Pandora. The wait wasn't long at all. Dr. Came in over looked my X-rays. Helped me decide on a treatment. He answered all my questions because I had plenty. (Visit was well over due.) I actually was a little scared to go. Going to the dentist is never fun. They made my visit very comfortable. Iam glad I choose them. Overall the best experience I had. I've already set my next appointment!! Leaving a Happy client!!!! Thanks Mint!

This is the worst dentist experience I have ever had. I go in for my exam they tell me I have 2 cavities so I agree to get them filled after they started they said they found one more cavity so I said yes since i was already numb. I got the fillings in February and have had constant problems after the fillings. Ii still have sensitivity to hot and cold even after I went back for a bite adjustment that was not done correctly. When I went back for another bite adjustment they wanted to charge me 400 dollars!! Then I they just told me it's going to be 400 dollars for my next cleaning which h Is cover by my insurance and they told me it was covered on my last visit.Stay away from this place!! Over priced liars!!
