My experience was better than I expected! From the front desk to the radiologist and to the assistant and dentist. They were kind and gentle. Imformative on what I had to get done. Discussed my options and gave me a dental plan that I could work with. I love going there and they really do a wonderful job and have great team work.

I was very anxious about my first consult with Mint. I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years! The check in process was flawless. Dr. Caglia was very thorough with his recommendations. Victoria helped ease my nerves! Overall, fantastic experience.

I had the best experience with Mint. I've been scared of going to the dentist my whole life, but from the moment I walked in everyone here made me feel welcomed and insures me that everything would be fine. Since my first visit I have brought my husband and children here and they all love it here. We found our forever dentist. My whole family loves it here.

This place is wonderful! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind . Love the different types of ways to do payments without insurance. Totally would recommend 10/10. Also the mirror in the waiting room I might need to borrow it

I really love this mint dentistry, everyone is so friendly and when they found out about my emergency crown situation and I couldn't wait the 3-4 weeks because of knee surgery. They made sure I got my crown in 2 days, though it cost more, I had no choice. They did an excellent job at fitting it just right for me.

The team at Mint Dentistry in Richland Hills are very professional and friendly. They greet you with a smile and the office is nice and clean which is important to me. The two young ladies that took my X-ray and did my cleaning did a very good job and let me add that the doctor is very handsome and informative. Mint Dentistry takes great care of there customers. I would refer them to anyone who is in need of a Dentist.

My first time coming to Mint Dentistry and I LOVE it already. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by very friendly receptionist’s. They have you fill paperwork on a tablet, which i thought was really cool and way faster! Everyone here has the BEST costumer service & attitude! They do there best to make you feel the most comfortable. I have finally found my dentist and will be referring everyone i know! Thank you MINT for making me feel at ease through my whole visit.

This is my first experience here. The sincerity in the radio advertisement encouraged me to try their services. My hygienist, Debbie, was excellent. In fact, excellent service started at the door. You feel welcome the whole visit. It is clear all aspects cater to the customer. They treat you the way you would like to be treated. They are true to their brand of meaningful services. The service here is exceptional I walked in and they had everything set up. It was my first time and I felt welcomed from the time I got in and the whole staff was very friendly. They do an awesome job here to make you feel comfortable and relaxed to make the whole visit feel easy and fast. The massage chairs were so relaxing as well you are provided with different options for relaxation like music or your choice of a movie. Overall they took care of me and provided a great environment with tons of information on preventative health for my teeth and gums. I will definitely make my trip back for my cleanings to this office on a regular basis.

All the doctors seem to want to do is root canals. I’ve had several at this location and apparently they were not done correctly because they referred me to a specialist to re-do the botched root canals. So not only am I paying Mint thousands of dollars already, I’m supposed to pay a separate office another thousand dollars per tooth to fix what they did. Not pleased with this location at all. This office also cancelled an appointment I had scheduled just because it was on a Friday after 4pm.
