Let me start with I am not a fan of having to go to the dentist. I don’t like having my teeth worked on and it feel uncomfortable.

HOWEVER! I love the friendliness of the staff. Every time I’ve gone, I feel cared for and heard. In addition to that, every staff member that works on me is always friendly. And they are friendly with each other.

Love to see the positive work environment. It definitely radiates to your customers.

Everyone was friendly and made it easy but I can’t give 5 stars because had I known my insurance is out of network, I would have found a new dentist. My insurance lists them as a provider. So how I am now paying out of network costs I don’t understand. The previous dentist I went to called to let me know before my appt they were out of network which is how I ended up at Mint. Update spoke to my insurance. I’m in network. I went back. They did not refund me but the billing dept will call me. 🙄

Very thorough and honest. Definitely will tell you exactly what you need to hear in their findings, how to treat your situation, and to keep your teeth staying healthy.

Had a New Assistant performing work on my teeth, (Cindy) was awesome! The Best experience I had at Mint to date. And I would like to Thank her for the helpful tips.

I have bee hearing Mint Denistry advertisements on the radio for a few years and finally decided to schedule a cleaning appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional, from the receptionist when i entered the office on down to the x-ray tech and the hygienist and the dentist. I knew that i would need a deep cleaning and i hate going to the dentist. After the x-rays and the exam it was determined that i needed a deep cleaning and a filling. I became super nervous when i realized the dentist would have to give me shots in my gums. The dentist knew i was nervous and she was so comforting while giving me the shots. The hygienist was also comforting during the cleaning. She talked to me the whole time explaining what she was doing. Thanks to the North Richland Hills staff for the good experience!

This was my first time at Mint Dentistry and I could not have been happier. Shane at the front desk greets you with a great attitude, and the entire staff followed suit. I’m glad I made the change!

Honestly they are very sweet and kind and the dental hygienist was great really nice personality, however I am giving 1 star because the price of the procedure was 3 times more then with any other dentist, also I feel like it was way Unnecessary of all the quotes I got because it wasn’t that bad. I understand money goes around and we all have to get paid but if you want to spend over 2000 of dental work then this is the place. I will only go see the hygienist she was real not fake… and yes I know what I’m talking about!!

Mint has always been upfront and honest with what they are doing and the prices. Great staff and great atmosphere!

Went in for a cleaning, was told that I hadn’t been seen since 2019. Did not receive cleaning, referred out due periodontal disease. Previous Dr kept referring me to a specialist to get my wisdom teeth pulled NOT DUE TO PERIODONTAL DISEASE! Horrible visit!!!

Always have a pleasant visit with this office. The whole staff is nice and the office looks appealing inside.
