Over charged for services. Tried to sit down with them to review the bill with my E.O.B. in hand. The office manager was rude and refused to explain the extra charges or refund any money saying my EOB was wrong. Had to file a complaint with my insurance company and after there investigation they agreed I was overcharged. After 6 months i finally recieved my refund.

As an adult I have been to 4 different orthodontists who all told me I needed major jaw surgery to repair a cross bite that should have been fixed when I was a child. Dr. Sidhu is the first ortho who told me she was willing to help get the smile I wanted using elastics and braces, instead of changing my entire face with major surgery. After 30 months in braces, I have the smile I've always wanted with no major alterations to my face. Dr. Sidhu and my pal Jacky (one of her many great assistants) are the best. I've consistently felt heard and understood for the last 2.5 years. If you're thinking about braces as an adult or your kids kids need an orthodontist, go see Dr. Sidhu, if you're looking for a great dentist Dr. Elizondo is amazing as well. Thank you so much Doc, Jacky, Leslie, Tamisha and all the staff on the ortho side, you guys made my 2.5 years in braces bearable, fun and well worth it.

I scheduled my first appointment at that place, they told me the first availability is 5 weeks from today, I was very annoyed but I accepted that due they are my only provider and I don't want to change providers. Today, when my appointment in less than a week, they called me to tell me so sorry the dentist won't be available on my scheduled visit and they have to reschedule for another 5 weeks.
I spoke to the office manager, he told me sorry there's nothing we can do about it.
Very rude customer service.

Please beware... i used to go here but they refused to do general cleaning unless i purchase the deep cleaning service for $1200. I went to another dentist and i dont need deep cleaning! If they want to do an expensive treatment for you, please consult another dentist. Go to Accent Dental or Pearland Family Dentistry.
