Pearland Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

We’ve completed an x-ray at modern dentistry and needed it sent to the orthodontist so we could complete the rest of the process to remove wisdom teeth. However, we have called modern dentistry for TWO WEEKS repeatedly at least 5 times both from our side and from the orthodontists office, yet they have only asked the same questions. Finally, after 2 weeks we received the x-rays after calling them repeatedly and complaining about their service. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will not go back.

Took my 3 year old here for her first visit to the dentist and for what ever reason, she was TERRIFIED of going!!!! This was also my first time to ever step foot into a dentist office. After a few minutes of screaming and crying out of fear, the assistant and the doctor was able to put her at ease. Not only were they professional, but they were patient and compassionate towards my daughter's fear. They showed genuine concern for her teeth as well as her well being. The assistant took the time to connect with my daughter so that she was more relaxed. The doctor explained the importance of hygiene to her in a way that she could understand. Not the mention the facility was clean and just as nice as the staff. I would highly recommend this office. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to face my fears and make my own 1st time dentist appointment!

I have been a patient at the Pearland Modern Dentistry since 2017. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and quality of service provided. Recently, I lost a crown that was placed over 8 years ago. I went to Modern Dentistry. During the first visit Dr. Patel built a core on the broken tooth and put a temporary crown. Dr. Patel and his assistant Jessenia ran the process smoothly with a great care. Next visit he and his assistant (I forgot her name) replaced the temporary one with a zirconia crown. The crown fitted perfectly on the core and I am feeling pretty good.

I would like to add that I don't have a dental insurance this year (2021). The Dentistry gave me insurance rollover discount, a payment plan plus discount on the zirconia crown as well. I believe I got a very reasonable price.

I love this place! Dr. Jack and Brendalyn are so patient, calm, and thorough. It made such a difference for my daughter and I. We have been to 3 different dentist in the Pearland area, and this place is by far the BEST! If you have not found the right dentist for your child, this place is IT! Also, TV mounted on the ceiling so kids can watch TV during the cleaning if they want to. GENIUS!

For a long time I had feared going to the dentist since I was 10 years old, except for an occasional cleaning. But I Had an issue that forced me to go. From the time I entered the doors of Pearland Modern Dentistry, from being wheel chaired to my car after my oral surgery was the moist pleasant experience ever. The proficient beautiful receptionists, the sweetest gentle X-ray tech Martha, the 2 kind dentist Judith and Ali, the most helpful financial advisor Eric, to the remarkable outstanding tender caring Oral Surgeon Dr. Justin Seamann and his team, I thank you so much for helping my fear of going to the dentist vanish. By following the post- Operative Instructions I have not experienced any pain since I left. REMARKABLE!!!
I recommend this place to anyone with whatever your dentistry needs may be.

Would highly recommend for adults and children! Staff is super professional and the dentists are great. And our 2 year old loved the balloon and goodies he got after his cleaning too.

I have never been to a dental office with such great customer service. I haven't felt this comfortable at a dental office since my pediatric dentist. I felt prioritized and valued. Dr. Dennis and Dr. Patel are extremely professional yet personable. Excellent job.

I've been going there for a few years now, and they're always so nice to me and I leave there quickly and pain free. My favorites are Dr.Patel and his assistant Jessenia. Always so nice and funny to visit. Definitely going there for all future dental work.

Pros: friendly staff. Cons: Terrible scheduling and wait times.

I had to quit going here after two appointments. For my first appointment, I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby, but I gave it a pass because I was new and they had to confirm my insurance. My appointment time was 8 am and I left the dentist at 10:30 am. They said they're busy in the morning, so I scheduled my next cleaning at 3:30 pm. I figured I'd miss the after-work rush. I arrived at 3:15 and by 4:00, I was still in the lobby. I walked out and need a new dentist.

Very efficient team the appointment was shorter than a cleaning lol
