My elderly mother with dementia was taken advantage of by this office. I recently accompanied my mother to a routine dental cleaning. Upon arriving I signed my mom in and listed myself as her guardian. I informed the front desk staff that I needed to step away to the restroom but asked whether there were any forms we needed to sign. She said yes, but it would be a few minutes before they were ready so I’d be ok to step away. Upon returning from the restroom, I see my mom standing at the counter signing something. I assume it was harmless, so think nothing of it. I accompany her back to the exam room to ensure she settled in okay for the cleaning and exam. After some time, my mom appeared comfortable so I stepped away to grab a quick bite. I asked the woman at the front desk to give me a call in case my mom was done before I returned. When I returned to the office, my mom was walking out with a $400 receipt in her hand (no call from the front desk informing me that she was done, mind you). I immediately marched back in to inquire how a routine cleaning (with insurance) turned into $400. They informed that my mom signed off/authorized a deep cleaning service. WHAT?! It was clear that I was there as her guardian and at no point did they discuss this deep cleaning with me. I get that they’re not responsible for my mother’s actions, but come on—it's clear she has cognition issues and required assistance, hence why I was there.
In general, I did not appreciate the vibe in this office. The staff felt very cold and the environment felt more like a hospital ER—everyone was rushing around as if they were saving lives. No time for a pleasant greeting or smile. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I personally go to Pearland Family Dentistry where the office staff there are much friendlier and HONEST! The only reason we’ve been taking my mom to this office for the past year is because my sister has been reluctantly bringing her family here for some time. Needless to say, my sister is now convinced to explore a different dental office after the questionable treatment of our mother. There are so many good/honest dental offices out there, no need to continue subjecting ourselves to this one because they have a catchy name. Just saying…

Let me I am terrified of the dentist. However this dentist as a WHOLE made my dentist so comfortable I can now stop looking a permanent dentist. The medical assistant Anna (I hope that's her name) was so patient with me and had a calm spirit about her. Dr. Elizondo is excellent!! She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She also has awesome attitude, and very attentive to her patients needs. Tiffany, who later found out is the office manager. She was just a breathe of fresh air. EVERYONE was so nice. Even when other dentist walked by they spoke and acknowledged me! You guys rock ans keep doing what you're doing. You guys hot me locked in!!❤

This is the most amazing and organized office I have ever been to. From the phone call, to the front desk to my dental assistant, everyone was friendly. My dental hygienist was very thorough and the cleaning was a "spa-like" experience. The doctor was very informative and I understood what steps I needed to take for better care of my teeth! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

My son just got 4 wisdom teeth extracted. They provided one ice pack and I asked for two icepacks as he will need both side of the face to be applied. The office staff was very rude and embarrassed me said no. How rude!

I love this place !!! First time there ..Everyone was talkative , they interact with their patients and overall fun ..Mrs/Ms Tiffany was great & she explains everything to you , Dr.Patel was amazing . He’s funny and talk you through your procedures..Justin was great full of laughter and Jessenia she is such a sweet girl , she made me feel so comfortable and with her jokes I was more at ease ! I totally recommend !! You will love it ..they are such great and funny people ! I have found my new home with this dentist office ..thank you guys ! If I could rate it 1000 I would !! ❤️

Very good experience at this office … professionalism & politeness is what’s up ! Every team member explained my care plan and options but more so made me feel comfortable and not so nervous….. Justin explained the cost of every procedure I needed what my insurance covered and a payment plan if needed!! He made sure I understood every document that required my signature.

They where not my regular Dr office but I needed an emergency tooth extraction, they got me in got me taken care off pain free I might add, the care was so awesome I will be moving over and making them my primary Dentist office, you don’t find care like this very often when you do you want to keep it, if you are nervous or scared of the dentist pay them a visit you will not be when done… I can not give them high enough praise… please pardon the expression but THERE BADASS!!!!!!! LOVE THEM!!!!!

Highly Recommended! I have been to a lot of different dental offices and I have to say this is the best one ever! They have a really great team. My Hygienist Suki always is the best one EVER! She does a great job of cleaning my teeth and giving me great dental advice. My dental health has significantly improved when I started going to this office. I commend the entire staff on running this office. Thank you!

Got there and was told that my Appointment was canceled due to somewhat AUTOMATED system. So far, my last 2 appointments did not go that well.
