Old Settlers Dental - Round Rock Dentist

Old settlers dental is happily my new dentist! I went to another dentist that was going to charge me thousands of dollars but here they are able to do all the same work for under $300! The office staff was very courteous and the Dentist was kind and gentle! Highly recommend!

The office staff here is phenomenal! I am truly thankful that I found Dr. Zavala several years ago. My most recent visit occurred after my second Retainer also broke. I remembered from the last time when my other one broke how important it is to get it replaced quickly before my teeth begin to move around and ruin all of the hard work done to get them straightened.

When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with a beautiful soul named Crystal. She could hear the panic and worry in my voice and she quickly calmed me down and told me not to worry and that they would take care of me, and that they certainly did. Crystal explained to me that all that may need to be done would be something quite simple and that she would verify things and get back with me to let me know. One thing to understand is that they really weren't even open for normal business as when I called it was still part of the Christmas holiday and they were only in the office taking care of some administrative duties. Crystal called me back quickly to inform me that I could come in and get seen with Espy.

When I got to the office I was met and welcomed in by Crystal and Brittany and then by Espy. Espy took me back, explained to me that all she needed to do was to get a quick scan of my teeth so she could get me set up with another Retainer. She was quick, gentle and explained every step of the way, in addition to consistently checking on me to make sure I was ok which I was. Espy is so friendly and easy going and she maintains an admirable level of professionalism at the same time.

It's difficult for me to express the caring and the kindness of all of these ladies. This meant so much to me and the importance of being able to get in and be seen so quickly in what was a dental urgency to me meant even more. The actions of everyone here speaks volumes as does their dedication to service.

Dr. Zavala gave me my lovely smile and he has passed on his expertise in caring for his patients to the rest of his staff. The atmosphere here is warm and I felt welcomed, wanted as a patient and cared about. Kudos to Crystal, Espy and Brittany!! [and you too Dr. Zavala :)!!]

Scheduling an appointment is easy with their online tools and quick response. The office is very nice and the staff certainly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This is the first dental office I’ve been a patient at that I don’t have one single complaint. I’m very happy my family and I are patients here.

I found Old Settlers Dental by searching online and reading the reviews. Everything positive I read was completely true. I just had a cavity filled by them and it was the best cavity filling experience I've ever had. They were so kind and gentle. I never felt pain and I have very sensitive gums. Everyone in the office is amazing. They even called me the next morning just to see how I was doing and that my teeth and bite felt just right. I am so happy I found Old Settlers!!

This was my initial appointment. The front desk staff, Tiffany, was welcoming and very pleasant. My initial exam and cleaning was great! The hygienist, Lisa, was very meticulous. Dr. Lewcock was very personable and reviewed his exam findings completely. If you are looking for a dental office I would highly recommend Old Settlers Dental!!!!

I have been coming to old settlers dental for almost 7 years and they haven taking good care of my personal hygiene. The co workers are very nice and always and good and positive attitude towards their patients. I'm very humble I get to be part of their organization that they have built. So now I can walk outside and give a big smile to the people so they can see how much of an excellent job they have done for me😁

Very helpful, pleasant staff. They are out of network for me, but I am very satisfied with their care and decided to stay. Dr. Lewcock is very thorough with his procedures and I have always felt better about my teeth after leaving. Even his referral dentist was amazing! Great place all around.

I have been going to Old Settlers Dental since they opened shop years and years ago. Dr Zavala is caring, informative, and has superb dental skills. The staff is supportive and friendly. I have referred friends and all have reported a similar positive experience. It’s February 2021 and the report is the same: 5 stars true and true.

The dentist office is not a place most people enjoy going to but Old Settlers Dental makes it enjoyable! I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and every time I do I feel welcomed and invited. Dr. Zavala is wonderful and generally cares about your concerns and doesn’t just brush them off. Also, the hygienists are so gentle I always almost fall asleep while getting a cleaning haha! The office is always clean and smells nice (which is a must for health related things) and the front desk staff are very knowledgeable and always there to help. I’ve been to a lot of different kinds of dental offices in the past and this one is by far the best and why I keep coming back.

Dr. Zavala is a wonderful dentist. He is gentle and kind and has my best interest at heart when taking care of my dental needs. His staff is professional and always welcoming. I look forward to my visits with my hygienist Jessica. It's been about 15 years now that I've been a patient there.
